I never said that. A plate needs to feel that there is a potential for LTR. She needs to know that she is being vetted and at any moment she will lose your attention and the prospect of commitment. This is what will keep you spinning them.
Just because you can't get plates to commit to you because you're low value don't dismiss it.
The only difference between a plate and LTR on their side is that you acknowledge them as a potential partner to have a future with and infidelity is taken seriously. The dynamics are still very much similar.

That’s true, the diet is terrible out here, It was documented by national media a few years back, there’s very low amount of protein and high amount simple carb in the diet here, everybody looks fat and round, but I’m lean and I can lift, is that all it takes?
