Planned a date days ago. She didn't show up.
While planning, she was even engaging to reschedule when she was free to go out at night, cause I don't do afternoon dates lol.
Texted her "I'm here" when I got there. No response from her, she just saw the text.
Ask her to explain herself or ignore?
I'll be leaving the city after 3 days .

Nothing to explain. She flaked. Ignore her. Hard next.
Don't give her the satisfaction/closure from following up. You will never get a satisfactory answer, she will not apologise, nothing she says will make you feel better.
And nothing you say will make her feel bad. If you try, she'll just hate you, because YOU are then the cause of the bad feelings, and she'll lash out and blame you. It won't be pretty.
Women do not feel responsible for their actions and hate being forced to be.
She changed her mind. It happens. It happens A LOT. Get used to it, and run your dating life accordingly. This is how women treat us. All women do this, to at least some guys some times. Treat them accordingly.

It happens. Hard next though. You must set a standard no matter how initially interested you were in her. Forget about totally not showing up. No advance notice whatsoever coupled with an honest attempt to reschedule to a day/time soon after? It's never gonna happen. She changed her mind, or was never that interested to begin with.
