Long story short. New roommate. Quite attractive milf. Very friendly, maybe too much. No ring on finger. Said she has a husband (lol). Met her the first time and I can already see she can be quite vicious on the inside.

I'm a bit sick of woman drama right now and want to stay clear. My worry is that the more I withdraw the more she will chase (happened with the last roommate... like i said woman drama). What should I do?
