I sometimes ignore the girls while talking. For example if two people are talking in a crowded place at the same time I listen to the guy rather than to the girl. In other situations I sometimes don't finish sentences if somebody screams in between the conversation and I just walk away if I am talking to a girl. And sometimes I don't say hi, bye specifically to girls. Are those over doing it or is it fine to do that?

It's natural to have misgivings, but most of the time nobody's going to be weird about it, because - god forbid - you have more to say to men than you do to women. Makes sense, you are a man, and naturally have more in common with other men.
