So I have severe autism and was feeling bad I didnt go to college with my grade or have friends etc growing up. Basically was feeling resistance to not having a "normal" life even though it's out of my control. Basically how can I be content in life and accept I'll never have a social circle or women or go to college? Any tips or resources on accepting this better? Btw this is a legit question my goal is to be like when i was younger and didnt care about this stuff again.

Hi! I hope you are well when you read this. There's nothing wrong with what you have, you are not alone. I am therapist, so, I hope that I will be able to make you feel better. I suggest you seek help from an Occupational Therapist to regain your confidence, and with that, you will be able to find acceptance through exploring the things you are good at. Being anhedonic is a part of it. Trust me, I myself is experiencing this. This is actually good. You are able to voice out exactly what you feel, so your concerns will not be hard to understand bu others. Just try and explore different hobbies that you will be able find yourself. It'll help you divert. You ca also consult therapy or doctors so you will be guided properly. Praying for your healing
