So i read a post about wight loss, how weight loss work, the golden rules of weight loss and some misconception about weight loss (https://www.reddit.com/r/TheRedPill/comments/8g8zx3/guide_for_weight_loss/).
I applied what the post explained, and it worked very well.
I'm at 25% progress and i want to prepare the next step: building muscles.
I'm looking for a simple guide that explain the most basic rules of body building and the misconceptions about bodybuilding so that i don't fall into traps and waste my time.
The reason why i'm asking here and not asking google is because learned a lot here and i if someone have some recommendation i will definitely look into them.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Another way to build is through power. So programs like Westside and 5x5 work welll. For a sample westside template try something like this... https://www.elitefts.com/education/16-week-conjugate-periodization-program-for-novice-powerlifters/
Also be clear on your goals, do you want the classic bodybuilding look or are you more into strength? Maybe a hybrid? It sounds like your diet is already on the right track so either way you will still have that muscular look as long as you keep your bodyfat % reasonable. Just keep at it, especially if you are a hardgainer.

I do agree that you get a lot of miss information online about bodybuilding and what is good or not. I started training two months ago, and I have seen a lot of improvement mainly due to my diet as the exercises I do or are not that demanding. You should also give a thought of adding more natural products as well as vitamins and supplements that promote a better body function daily. As a consequence the appetite goes up faster. I had my cousin who was trying to get shredded and his fitness coach also suggested some natural oils and supplements from https://femadata.com/, and it really aided him to stay more agile on the sets and recover faster.

Arnold's classic work, The Encyclopedia Of Modern Bodybuilding is great.
Unless you're competing, ignore/skip the parts about posing and psychological warfare among competitors.
Everything else is great, despite being old.
