So I'm the new guy at the office, My co-worker is like the famous/social girl in the office. Girls used to come to her for chatting/joking. now, they still do the same even with me around. they talk about their personal life. I pretend that I'm busy with something else not hearing them. so I stand as a guy in the background they don't care about. I'm really good socially, and have a good game. but this situations making me clueless. because the conversation I'm not included in. I think in this situation I lose my frame. Any suggestion?

Keep an open body posture if your the guy in the back. Keep your shoulders back, and chin up it’s very important to be have approachable body language they will come to you. When they do introduce yourself with strong eye contact just have fun with conversing with them. Stay calm and don’t let anything bother you. You’ll slowly become the center of attention without even knowing it.

I think it's perfect. Unless this is a throwaway job you want to be the guy in the background as far as the women go. One wrong comment when they're on the rag and you'll be the guy packing his shit in a box.
