Every pro Domme I know (and I know ALOT) still likes to be fucked/penetrated.
Now getting them to be sexually submissive and into being choked, tied, etc is a different story

Yes, you could. No woman is inherently a "dom." Women evolved to be submissive. But women who think they are "doms" think so because they have been abused and made to feel inferior, so they are over-compensating by pretending they actually want to be dominant.
To turn a dom girl into a sub you need to have rock solid ice cold frame, but you also need to realize she will fight your frame tooth and claw because she is afraid to submit. Many women view submission as making themselves vulnerable to being abused again, so you need to hold frame with niceness so she feels comfortable "giving in" to you. Sometimes it is a long process and not worth the time.

Tricky but its simple, u must out dom her with your frame, attitude, confidence and sexual smooth aggression, basically be alpha and don't bend to her, ready to ignore or cut her off as punishment for like a week or 2 of no contact if she doesn't want to submit or disrespects you

I think women only pull the dom crap when they think they have some kind of advantage or when they think they're higher value than the guy. In the corporate environment you have a lot of self-proclaimed alpha females who know they can be more pushy and just plain act like children not be called out on it because if a guy even tries she knows she has the HR dept to back her up.
As the other commenters have pointed out, it's definitely possible. However, definitely not a good use of a guy's time.
