I've read the TRM and the Book of pook, Currently reading NMMNG. My basic definition of the frame is "Frame is the amount of influence an individual has over the other". But I am still kind of confused, For Instance, If a girl says "Are you a player?", I can simply say "no, I am not a player" because can't frame pretty much be defined as just being sure of yourself and your decisions/actions?

A general idea is: never give serious answers to questions from girls, always maintain a relaxed atmosphere
Your answer is just too honest. You can flip it like: "Yes, I'm a PS4 player"

The thing with the specific question of "are you a player?" is that girls want to date a player because the signifies that he is an alpha with options. Girls want to be that special snowflake that locks down a player. The problem is that there is no way to say yes without coming off as weird in some way. So that's why it's recommended to just give a cocky/funny response to a question like that.
If you say no and justify it, you're a beta unless you have crazy good frame among other things probably.
In every social interaction there is generally someone who is the leader(giver), and someone who is the follower(taker). Good frame is not leading other people lead you. In your social circle there is probably a person who initiates most hangouts/parties etc... That is the person with the strongest frame.
