If time and money permits, you can pick up a genuine hobby that requires you to attend classes with a group of people. Acting classes, boxing gyms (with females inside ofcourse) etc. You won't see results instantly, but stay there long enough, make a reputation and friends and females who attend the same classes will notice you. Together with this you can continue being on Tinder and Bumble and run other strats like cold approaching simultaneously. Eventually you'll meet some girls.

Ya, don't waste your time on Tinder/ Bumble- unless you're famous. You can find plenty of women staring you down in bars..etc.
