I'd go the walk. Isolate, then escalate. Don't go in too needy though, or outcome dependent. Try light kino, escalate that and see how she responds.
Resistance can be common. Just pull back, act like it hasn't phased you, and try again in ten/fifteen mins.

According to Black Dragon (google black dragon blog if unfamiliar) “k-closing" without closing that same day drastically reduces the odds of actually closing. I believe he does some stat tracking to back this up. Supposedly it drops sexual tension without a real payoff, unless kissing makes you jizz in your pants.

Isolation is key in this one. Personally, not a fan of PDA (my own, not other people, do you). But “sneaking around” puts a thrill in it. Try going that route.
