I can say that I used to be a fat fuck. I still pulled a lot of ass. Now that I have muscles. I get more respect from other guys at work and people in general. And there's nothing like a woman putting her hands all over your chest and biceps. It vaults you in to the smv stratosphere. The harder you work in the gym the easier getting laid and getting respected is..
You don't have to lift or look good. That's your choice. I would highly recommend it though...

Being jacked is not about only about the physical appearance. I mean TRP is recommending to lift, not to get surgeries in order to get abs.
Even though you are on steroids you still have to go to gym to make the muscles grow.
So there it is a lot of work and discipline put into this and you’ll get a lot of confidence in reward and a confident man is close to being the best version of himself.

I’m not saying you can’t develop discipline without going to the gym.
But going to the gym and having a nice body could make your life easier. Back in the cave days, men with stronger, aesthetic bodies where perceived as productive, because they really had to get physical everyday to obtain their food. Being skinny meant you couldn’t kill anything, so you’re useless.
So your nice body tells a woman subconsciously that you worked for it and you are better than other lazy fucks and you will probably be perceived as being more masculine too. Also people with a nice physical appearance are more likely to get better jobs or more opportunities in life.
Well, there are other healthy options than chicken and rice everyday. Anyway you don’t have to be at 8% body fat to be necessarily attractive.
In the end, being fat working from a chair all day puts you at a higher risk of getting sick. So yeah, you will probably kill yourself slowly and unconsciously by eating processed food and other shit that makes you fat.
Besides discipline and more IOIs from girls, lifting and eating healthy could make you live longer.

I don't give a shit about what RP teaching says or not, if I want an LTR I'll get one. TRP is a gold mine of great knowledge but if it's against LTRs then I will simply discard that piece of advice and go get an LTR anyway. Point is use what works for you, and discard the rest. Don't be an NPC

Well, having a LTR works for you 95% only if you are blue pilled. I can't figure how being red pilled and after so much knowledge you could still be ok with a LTR. (speaking in general)
I mean what pros do you have in a LTR and you don't have with a plate or a FWB? In my opinion, none. Actually there are more cons.

Guys who post here are young, dumb and full of... well you know. LTR hunters post red pill are almost in a purple/blue pill mix. They want the goods, but they've become wiser from words on a screen - oh and working out and grinding towards you goals is hard so... better find that LTR to get comfortable with. You'll find them asking about every nuance in the relationship - "Hey guys is shitting the toilet alpha?" or "My LTR got her period should I dread her?" when really they're just killing time until they fuck it up because they're not 100% on board with the program here. Then there are the guys who are forcing a relationship for the sake of it, the ones who post about they >3 month relationship going south. Newsflash gentlemen, if you can't hold her interest for at least a year plus, you're not doing this right. Having your shit together also goes a long way, but mostly picking and choosing the info here and using it for cheat codes is a sure fire dumpster fire.

Not slamming LTRs, but it's clear most men who post here are not ready for them. LTRs in a way are the final boss of TRP, but some people are in LTRs pre-TRP and try to make it work after taking the pill, and some take the pill and jump into an LTR right away
I wouldnt jump into an LTR until you have been red pilled for at least 2 years, are at least 25 years old, and have banged 25 different women

But among the first posts from the sidebar it is a post that says that men find the RP because they are discontent with their current relationship status.. if so and after reading the sidebar why would they stay in a LTR? Maybe they don't read the sidebar at all.
For the second part.. what's something more than sex? I mean it is known that you shouldn't be friends with women you want to fuck, it is known that you shouldn't express your feelings and share your problems with your girls.. and if you want to have fun.. well you have male friends and manly activities for this.

Yes, I agree. Having kids is worthy in terms of a LTR, but let's be honest 90% of the guys posting shit like this are not going into a LTR with the end goal of having children. I tend to believe that they are only comfortable as other guy that commented here said.. they do not want to be the best version of themselves or they want, but they are too lazy to work on themselves.
I accept there are guys who want kids too, but I also tend to believe that this type of guys are not posting here.
