Anyone have experience with this?
I'm going to college where about 90% of the students are in engineering programs. I've made my attempts and closed the Bio, Business, Psych, and Chem chicks, but the CS and Engineering girls seem like a different breed. For one, less than 2% of them are in any way attractive. Half of that set have an ounce of fashion sense. Regardless, I'm trying to break into that domain, but business-as-usual isn't going so well.
I get that all pussy is pink, but does anyone have experience with casually dating/hooking up with female computer science and engineering students who act like mice when you approach? I can barely get them to make eye contact or conversation.
I've hooked up with one girl like this who was working on her pharmacy PhD, but it was easy because she did a lot of psychedelics (increased openness) and would participate in threesomes with my girlfriend and I (valuable/semi-rare sex opportunity). That girl was also friends with my best friend, so there was a lot of built-in social proof. This girl was also, like, 25 or so at the time. The young ones seem so inside their own shell: shy, unresponsive, and humorless.

When I was in engineering school we called this RIBS- ratio induced bitch syndrome. The problem is the ratio of men to women in stem is super skewed, way less than 50/50, sometimes less than 90/10 depending on the program. So if you're a 7 in the world at large you're a low 5 in STEM.
And then like you point out these girls tend to be autists who resent the fact that men aren't turned on by how smart they are and the fact that she is an empowered woman in science because "men are shallow and only care about my ass".
But really this doesn't change game at all. It just makes it harder. Building social proof and escalating and hitting the gym and all that is still the way forward.

Haha. Here we call it Rolla Princess Syndrome. The school is about 1:4 girls-to-guys, CS is probably about 1:20. All my classes (Bio, Psych, Chem) are about 50/50. The arrogance/coldness among engineering students is remarkable.
I'll probably just stick to the non-engineering normies who, like, smile and enjoy jokes. My friends who have hooked up with female engineering students tell me that they are unholy entitled bitches, anyway. Commitment tests by date two, shit like that.
I actually am turned on by smart women, but not by social retards.

Fuck me. Do you go to missouri s&t? Thats where I'm transferring this fall.

For sure. I recommend hooking up out of the humanities/non-engineering pool. It's definitely not a typical college experience in terms of available women. Even the teachers are hotter outside of the engineering departments.
Townies can be a decent choice, too, but man there is a lot of meth, heroin, and obesity here. I think the county also has one of the highest teen pregnancy rates.
Don't be discouraged, though. My friends and I get laid plenty here. One of my buddies is actually having more success than ever because he's very in his element at this school. Also, if you have a scrap of social competence and aren't obese/acne-ridden, you're in the top 10% of guys here.

Add: and used to guys insisting, persisting, juggling chainsaws while doing back flips to entertain them, to get a smile and a glimpse of openness for them to be able to run some game.
It's golden pussy effect, extreme version. Not autism. 2% of them are attractive in any fashion, at least 5% of the men there are, and they have no one else nearly as available for them to game while they're in college.
There's not a lot to be done. I'd bet on polarizing masculine traits to the extreme, opening and inviting them out.

Hmm, this seems like a good idea. Like...skip the bullshit and go for the meet.
