Go out with all of them. Balls to the wall. Being too "in demand" can never be a bad thing. Girls will fight over men with their best friends, and they will fuck their best friend's ex-boyfriends, much less former friends' FWBs.
Just stop thinking, go on 6 dates, and smash where applicable. Worry about social consequences of being too much of a player later. Worst case scenario is you get branded "a player" and all of a sudden your legend spreads.

You’re being paranoid. Just go out with the top 3 girls that you find most attractive from those 6. Escalate, push / pull, and then close. Managing 6 girls at once is wasting too much time and energy. If things don’t workout with the first 3 girls, proceed to the next 3

I do think you are vulnerable to them all talking to each other and saying like "wtf lol he invited all of us at once?". it IS weird and a good excuse for them to talk shit about u / knock you down in the unconscious hierarchy
honestly if confronted I would just be honest saying like "I only expected 1-2 of u all to say yes" that's actually not a bad thing to say.

I don't know why you feel the need to defend yourself. Plus, telling them you only expected 1-2 out of 6 to say yes is not particularly a show of confidence.
Why would you care? Vulnerability exists in the mind, but only if you let it. They're not the last six girls on the planet. And if you handle the shit talk/tests, you come out on top. They'll be competing for you.
Fortune favors the bold.
I consider it a fuck up that you advise OP to defend himself and approach a possible confrontation with reason. That's a surefire way to take himself down the hierarchy.

They probably don't think they're meeting you for a date, girls in college have a very broad definition for "just friends". It sounds like you've done sliding into DMs the right way, but unless there was sexual tension before, meeting up is going to be one of those speculative things where you don't know if there's any real attraction until you're there. Going out as a group would be best here because it's just faster at screening who's interested and who's not.

Lmao I did this once in high school and the very next morning I was in a storm of shit that ended up with other kids showing up in my house to beat me up (They came in 2 full cars, so around 8 kids, I de-escalated without being a pussy), fun times for sure, learned a bit about girls that day.
