I haven’t contacted my ex in a very long time. As a matter of a fact she’s been trying to get my attention for quite some time. Today out of NO WHERE. I got hit with “you raped me. I’m drunk and I don’t remember a lot but i do remember that.” Which is false because nothing went in her and I remember exactly what happened. She did say “I don’t want to hurt you or get you in trouble so I think it’s best we don’t see each other ever again or talk” (I’ve already stopped A LONG time ago) and I said “have a nice life bye” and I blocked her. But what should I do in case she does do anything about that?

Unless you run into her frequently then I'd say keep ignoring her. Hopefully this isn't a coworker or anything like that. Mutual friends? This was definitely a threat from her. She wants your attention which is why she texted you that; if she didn't want to see or hear from you again she wouldn't have texted you in the first place. I would implore you to continue no-contact. Whatever you do, don't try to explain anything to her over text. Treat this as if it's admissible in court.

One thing I've always heard is if something does come of it don't say a word to authorities. Not even a denial. Go straight to a good lawyer and have them handle it. Other than that, stay FAR AWAY.

This could very well be a bluff, a shit test power play. She has it out for you but its not a guaranteed that she's actually going to file a lawsuit. Just take the proper steps, continue life as normal, and try not to worry about it unless something else happens.

Yeah for months after we almost did have sex,(the “rape” she’s talking about) she kept wanting me to be friends with her and trying to stay in contact even though she branch swung which is why we DIDN’T have sex. She felt guilty that night because she was seeing another guy and she felt like a hoe so she left my house. But whenever she’s try to contact I’d one word or wouldn’t respond at all. Which is why I feel like this is a shit test and it’s had my hamster spinning all fuckin night
