THIS POST IS NOT ABOUT WOMEN OR HOW TO GET WOMEN AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WOMEN
Hey reds, I have been enjoying the slow shift of quality in asktrp that has been happening lately. So I want to ask another question to see if anyone else has similar ideas.
For the longest time I have this theory that to become the true and best version of yourself one needs to completely lose fear of death. This doesn't mean that you should put your head in crocodile's mouth or go fight a bear or do other reckless things. The understanding that we are mortal and that ultimately all will succumb to death one way or the other and truly internalize the "absence of fear" in face of potential death will liberate the man to be his true self.
This has been brewing in my mind, but I have no idea of how to go about it. There are meditations upon death. There are different books on stoicism that help you develop this type of philosophy. There are Buddhism teaching and material, but none that trully shows you method of how stop being afraid of death.
I wan't to develop outcome independence in life. True outcome independence. When I was on certain drugs I felt it, I had clear feeling of "no matter what happens it is all fine". I completely lacked any fear of anything, I was ready to fight for my life if necessary and the freedom that I felt when I stopped being afraid of death was liberating. I had no idea before, that internal fear of death has such consequence on our actions subconsciously. That is what ultimately makes one supplicating or "beta", you can'g be congruent because you are afraid of what might happen if you take certain actions and that creates outcome dependence.
How do I truly get rid of that? In everything, not just women.
I am not expecting a fucking guide here, just share ideas, thoughts and similar experiences. Maybe even a path that one might take, a direction if you will.

Accepting things as they are help you make peace with death. To not resist anything and go with the flow. I'm not saying you should accept being a 'loser'. There's a difference between passive acceptance and active acceptance. True outcome independence as you put it.
Lots of us like to enlarge the meaning of our existence, the truth is we don't actually matter that much. If you died tomorrow, the world would carry on as usual, apart from your family grieving for months, years or decades. But, eventually they will die too. There will be no one who remembers you one day.
Now, don't get stuck here, don't fall into despair. No meaning is itself a meaning and you can use that to your advantage.

Thank you this gave me some ideas to further develop.

This is the druggie version of "I've been lifting weights for 3 weeks bro" post.

This helps but not necessarily with game.
The way to loose any fear of death is to voluntarily produce a lucid Out of Body Experience.
You do that a few times and you respect your body as your vehicle but you KNOW you’re more than that by first hand experience.
Andorli 7y ago
I don't believe in that. I was asking not along the spiritual lines but more psychological.
Edit: Grammar.
sebastianconcept 7y ago
The fact of you not believing in that does not make the phenomena any less real.
This isn’t something mystical or spiritual necessarily. I personally take it in a quite technical way. No cult BS of any kind.
What’s the best (and easiest and most effective) way to loose the fear of not having a girl? Having many girls.
What’s the best (and easiest and most effective) way to loose the fear of loosing your body? Having many experiences beyond it, showing you how reality is, regardless of your beliefs.
But you’re totally free not to use that. Tell us how it works for you.
PS: it is well known that thanatophobia is the mother of all fears.
Edit: grammar and clarification about technical approach.

How to do that?
sebastianconcept 7y ago
There are tons of techniques to try.
The ones that helped me most came from Projectiology.
Also many, if not most, happened to me without pursuing them (some did but most didn’t). They happened after evolving a sleep paralisys into an OBE for example or just the instants close to waking up in the morning, or at falling sleep.
Naps also have a decent ratio.

Nordics believed in Valhalla, Samurais believed in Seppuku or honorable deaths.
To me the world is so ugly nowadays that I believe death to be my final chance of peace, but I shall wage this war against those who destroy the family unit, and those who destroy masculine virtues until the very end, while at the same time living a good and prosperous life.

Andorli 7y ago
Yeah dude that is it, I must be retarded. No other possible explanation or point of view. I will go get diagnosed ASAP.
vandaalen 7y ago
Not necessary.
Andorli 7y ago

I'm think Fear of Death comes from childhood trauma. Have you watched RSDJulien's Transformation Mastery videos?
Andorli 7y ago
I have all the course on my PC, but never started. Does it actually help with anything? I have no trouble with women or sex so I thought not to waste time on watching something that focuses on pick up. I don't believe in practicing pick up, I believe that women are byproduct of success so I'd rather focus on bettering myself in ares that matter.
Does TM actually offer anything deeper?
