Hey TRP,
I will be taking a trip to the UK to visit family. The first week I am there I will be with my parents and doing things with them. The next week I decided to stay a bit longer and do some traveling alone. Does anyone have any tips or cool places that they have been and might suggest. I don't drink due to having been a drunk most of my 20's but I do participate in night life from time to time.
I'm not really looking to meet girls or fuck around but to really check out some off the beaten path places. I'll be based out of Leeds if that helps with the general area. I know there are plenty of travel subs but I like that TRP has a diverse blend of people within it, with plenty of experience with travel and the like.

London is great but very expensive. Edinburgh is a very beautiful city with a good nightlife. Liverpool, Leeds and Bristol are nice cities with nice nightlife as well.

Depends on your taste and what you wish to see. Everyones reccomendation will be based on their own personal lens of view.
If you want to hit the south area. Brighton. I personally reccomend. You ask yourself what experiences you want. Then work backwards.

Just like to see what all there is basically. I really want to see some off beat touristy shit. I know it's not en vogue to want to see all the tourist traps but I like old castles and medieval architecture in general. The history of the place is fascinating as we don't have anything like it in the states.

Understood. I cant name many from memory. I reccomend you do go to google as the experiences you wish. Will be much more covered on deadicated travel websites. London. You'll be able to tick most of your boxes. That I'm sure.

Medieval architecture and touristy places during the day with cheapish nightlife. I was thinking about just taking a ton of pictures at random places to increase SMV for when I get back home. I do have another question. What are the girls like out there. I'm going to treat them the exact same way I treat them here, in the US anyway but what's a good spot to find the girls during the day and then at night?

I did Manchester to Liverpool to Chester to York to Whitby (all were great, go there) to Newcastle (supposedly great nightlife but not really and boring overall) to Edinburgh (go there) to Glasgow (I did not care for it, you have to know people there, I've been told) to Bolton (skip it) to Bath (go there) to Oxford (not worth it) to London.

For someone who likes architecture, the recommendation of bath over Oxford is mental. Oxford has some fantastic buildings and some top quality old English pubs.

I had a narcissistic ex who kept talking about her time there (she graduated from oxford) so that kinda ruined it for me, is all. The city is just the campus but visiting a school you have no ties to may be off putting to others besides myself. But the architecture is very note-worthy, yes
