I think eventually you'll get past it. After I swallowed the pill I was single for a while and it seemed fine. Then I got into an LTR and I became paranoid and anxious af. I would replay scenes at night and overthink every little thing she did. And I would always has this sinking feeling. Her going to work made me feel bad.
Now it's been a year and I don't give a shit anymore. I'm only observing what's there to observe and I don't fantasize adultery for no reason. Even when she goes out for drinks or smth, I don't even stress one bit. I realized the only thing you can do, is do what you gotta do. Whatever else will happen is out of your control and not worth stressing about.

The reason betas experience paranoia in relationships is because they have a reason to: they know that they're low smv. Betas know deep down in their heart of hearts that their smv isn't high enough to keep a girl faithful thus experience frequent gut feelings & paranoia.
This is also the same reason why high smv guys never experience these gut-feelings. They know that they're too high smv for any girl to leave or cheat on them and even if they do they'll replace her with no effort.
