I use to feel manly in hs. But since i moved for college 3 years ago i started getting really stressed and depressed. Im starting to think its caused me to have low testosterone.
I get stressed alot and sometimes depression. I dont usually feel good unless i take a bunch of supplements like ginseng and shit. Sometimes ill feel like i want to talk to girls, than other times i wont even wanna talk to anyone. I feel like a little piece of shit and complain and whine and just hide in my room and think everyone hates me.
Dont tell me lifting will save me. I lift 3-4 times a week. Jiu jitsu 3 times a week. Im very active.

Are these your stats: 20 m 5’5 110 lbs. What's your lifts at? (BP, Squat, DL) Are you on any specific program? For how long?
How's your diet? Do you track calories and macros? Getting enough protein?

Go to your doctor and get your free T tested. Request for a copy of the results, get a full blood panel, see if you have thyroid issues, also just good to know your cholesterol levels.
If it turns out you have normal levels, you might just be a bitch.

Do you get quality sleep? I’ve just recently pulled out of a 4 year depression and feel great again.
Goto bed at a regular time don’t use your phone right before bed it wrecks your sleep quality. At minimum turn on night time mode. Wake up the same time and get up and exercise. A regular circadian rhythm is very important for your mental health.
Make fapping once a week and cut porn. Do those things you’ll start feeling a lot better. I had to use an anti depressant to get me back to neutral to get exercising again. Soon as I started exercising I cut the anti depressant down slowly. Now on nothing.
This feeling is temporary and you can work your way out back to feeling healthy. Also get vitamin D supplements if you stay inside out of the sun a lot. Without a good base of vitamin d your sleep will be shit even if you goto bed at a good time. It helps go into deep REM where you get major benefits for mental health.

Fix your diet. Paleo, keto, low carb (dont do this long term too). Workout, dont overdo it either. Go on nofap sometimes, dont do it more than a month. Dont drink tap water. Take cold showers. Spend less time sitting down, work standing. Remove all bad shit and old shit in your house. Remove old clothes. Make your space at home clean, reduce furniture and stressful bullshit. Dont do anything that stress you out. Remove bad friends, and dont go out with groups of girls. Learn how to love to be alone. Quit any job that kills your soul. Try intermitent fasting. If none of these works, get out of college, get out of your country, start a dangerous sport.
