I use to feel manly in hs. But since i moved for college 3 years ago i started getting really stressed and depressed. Im starting to think its caused me to have low testosterone.

I get stressed alot and sometimes depression. I dont usually feel good unless i take a bunch of supplements like ginseng and shit. Sometimes ill feel like i want to talk to girls, than other times i wont even wanna talk to anyone. I feel like a little piece of shit and complain and whine and just hide in my room and think everyone hates me.

Dont tell me lifting will save me. I lift 3-4 times a week. Jiu jitsu 3 times a week. Im very active.
