Over the past weekend I met up with an old female friend for 4/20 activities. We kissed, I tried to escalate and lost control of the situation. We were both high, and i misinterpreted her signals. I didn’t think it was smart for her to stay with me if we were going to be drinking later, especially if She felt uncomfortable escalating while we were really high. She freaked out and wanted to go home which is a fairly long trip. I told her I wanted her to get home safe and not read about it in the paper, so i told her I would help as much as I could and dropped her off at a safe place of her choosing. I’m pretty freaked out cause it’s out of my hands rn. I got a Venmo request for a train ticket today and was wondering if I should pay it. I don’t want too, but I think it might be the best thing for covering my ass.

Edit: I offered to help as much as I could to get her home (and she didn’t ask for money then) she didn’t really want any and also wanted to cut off all contact.
