Rollo has a post on female menstrual cycle to which he dives deep with esoteric words beyond me.
Can anyone explain his theories on when to display more alpha qualities can beta qualities during the fertility period in a less dense way. Currently in a relationship - this will certainly help.
Also, how do you go about tracking the cycle if your girl has advanced contraceptives like an IUD..

Figure out when she's bleeding. That's Day Zero. For that time, and 2-3 days before- be a benevolent alpha. Pass comfort tests. This doesn't mean lose frame! Be a sweetheart, not a pussy. Don't use dread game here. Be Sweet Boyfriend.
Around Day 6, she stops bleeding, but isn't ovulating. This is "normal" time: be Confident Boyfriend. Focus on exuding amused mastery.
On Day 11-18, she's fertile. She will ovulate on Day 14, but her body knows good sperm lasts a few days in there. So from Day 11-18, be Over-Confident Boyfriend. Don't cheat, but get caught staring at other girls. Reduce idle chit-chat and lean into uncomfortable silences. Every time she makes a sound, stare into her eyes or at her forehead and listen critically for anything you can point out as bullshit. Be sexually aggressive when near her, and inflict dread when not around. Wear a perpetual smirk for this entire week. Don't be an asshole (this is try-hard), but do focus on YOUR desires-not hers.
On Day 19, she's no longer fertile. Normal mode until...
Day 25. This is PMS time. No matter what you believe regarding mate preference and ovulation, she's going to be in pain, and going to be a sloppy mess. It will affect her sleep and her mood- be nice. Until Day 6. And so forth.
All of this applies slightly less to girls on hormonal BC, and more to girls with a non-hormonal IUD. You should avoid dating girls on hormonal BC, because they prefer weaker men than usual. Also, they will cheat on you ASAP when they come off it to take a break from side effects or to try to have kids. Girls on hormonal BC are more pleasant, in my experience- partly because it reduces the intensity of PMS- but they can be awfully boring in bed, more apt to gain weight, and can have less libido.
TL, DR:
Day 0-6: Sweet Boyfriend
Day 7-10: Normal Mode
Day 11-18: Cocky BF
Day 19-25: Normal Mode
Day 26- Day 6: Sweet Boyfriend

The effect of menstrual cycle on female sexual preference was lost when they powered up the study. It isn't accepted by the field anymore. There have been a few that have tried to recreate the findings and haven't done so successfully. Here's a link to one, if you can't open it, let me know and I can email it to you. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3098346/
But the disproved research basically said that when your lady is fertile, she will prefer more masculinity compared to the rest of the time. If you think about the month on a circle, broken up into the four weeks, the week opposite her period would be the one she would want more masculinity.

During her period, be nice. Not overly nice, of course, but show your softer side a bit more.
During ovulation (about 14 days after the first day of her period,) when she is at maximum fertility, getting good genes is very important. So be more dominant and assertive.

Having to learn all that stuff and not making her show you don't care so she ends up explaining to get your attention is a bit of a Red light.
Controling your woman is more than necessary, but you shouldn't be worrying about this bullshit anyways.
Watch out you are border lining in the beta spectrum right now.

I feel you, man. It was a post Rollo always goes back to in his Rationale Male series I never really understood.
Just trying to understand. Thanks, anyways.
