a lot depends on how you define "get approached" - a lot of approaches are not straight-up PUA style obvious pickup attempts where a guy tries to get a phone number or take a girl home or whatever. most guys will either use some kind of platonic, friendly type of conversation as a pretext, or go with the opposite extreme and just cat-call and say "hey how you doin'" type shit to random women and hope that one of them responds positively. as guys, we realize that all these guys are hitting on women, but different women don't consider all of them as approaches.

a lot of extremely attractive women think the world is just a wonderful place and everyone is kind and friendly to everyone else (because everyone is kind to them). when a guy approaches a hot woman and starts being friendly to her, a lot of times she will think he is simply a friendly guy and not just trying to fuck her.

less attractive women frequently do the opposite and see approaches that aren't really there. a fat girl might see a chad on the other side of the bar and convince herself that he was giving her seductive looks and then tell everyone about how hot guys are always hitting on her.

"Daily basis" varies wildly with the girl's environment and behavior.

Around here an 8 that walks 20 min to her work and back will be complimented every day and once a week a guy will actually open her and try to get her number. If she drove to work it would be different.

But I'm in a city where men are known to be really slow. Another close friend, 7, commented on being opened at least half of the times she has to wait standing on a cafeteria or something like that.

There are some trolls here that hire a model to put herself in popular (popular as in not elite) environments so they can troll the guys that hit on her. She's hit on several times a day.
