Based on your post history, specifically ones where you are OP, it's clear that you have a confidence problem. Over the past year of posts, you've used TRP as an attempt to resolve your personal internal struggles, never heeding the advice of this comment.
You don't need to lower your SMV. You have several mental and emotional issues that you need assistance with. Until you do, no amount of TRP is going to make you more attractive or successful.
The first lesson to TRP is to improve oneself, and your post history provides no indication that you have taken any steps toward that.
