Hey gang,
I've been lifting regularly for about the last year, I've gotten pretty strong, but I'm plateau around 24 percent body fat. I usually lift 5 days a week and run 3. Would it be more advantageous for me to flip that, and focus on cardio/ cutting and just lift often enough to maintain?
My back, trap and shoulders look GREAT. Really getting some nice definition on the back, but I can't seem to shake this gut. I do have MFP, and briefly tried going Keto, but I couldn't make through the exhaustion wall.
Thanks in advance.

Manipulate your bf% through diet. Train for whatever physical or athletic goals you have.
Whatever diet you choose, stick to it. They all work, only the user fails, not the diet.

makes sense. Eating healthy is really tough on the weekends. I usually eat clean monday-friday and then friday night - sunday is eating out like a trash can

Eating clean 4.5 days and like shit 3.5 days isn't really a diet. This is why you can't break through. Make it 30 says eating really clean and see what happens. Right now you like your food more than that future body.

I used to have sunday cheat meals with my gym buds. We never got really cut. We all decided to go 1 month of no cheat meals and boom, we all got abs.

It's hard at the begging to me, then I simply get used to being hungry.
For the exhaustion wall caffeine is my best friend.

Started keto a few weeks ago. It worked for me, but I also lost some size (a bit of muscle). It may have all been water, but I think all cutting will reduce your size/muscle. It really helped me, I suggest you stick with it even in the weekends for best results. There are great keto "cheat meals" if you search on Pinterest.

Keto and intermittent fasting. Either way you're going to have to break through that exhaustion wall.
Keto and IF go great together, but like anything else that matters, it requires discipline.

24%!? Wtf are you eating?
Any guy that is lifitng and at least somewhat dieting should plateu at 15-17% before he really has to start trying hard to cut.
You need a food scale and myfitnesspal
