Back story:
I'm a sophomore in HS, building up my smv and getting my reputation as the guy who turns everything negative into a positive, talk to everyone, and not let people walk all over me.
This guy, has been nice to me, ripped me off, talked behind my back, and continues to act as my friend, but I don't really sweat it that hard, as he has his uses. He's not really a bro and I wouldn't care if we stopped talking. We'll call him B.
Around September 2015, (before RP) this HB8 showed IOI and beta me jumped the gun and asked her out, she responded with the usual "can we just be friends" and I said a flat "no" and we just kept on talking. I backed off and not talk to her for about a month, B gets in a LTR with the HB8, she was miserable, he was miserable. This goes on until about a week ago, when they finally have sex,(he claimed her virginity) and he breaks up with her on 4/20.
Yesterday, I sent a mass text asking to hang out, and she so happened to answer me. At this point I have at least a basic understanding of shit testing and kino, so I use that with her, and she flirted with me a lot more than before, swung her hips a lot more , and all in all was more behaved than the last time I talked to her. The question is, to still talk to her, or next? This is only the second time I've chilled with her outside of school.
PS I don't have oneitis, Im just new to TRP and need advice.

Theres no reson to next is there? Why not continue bro? And you dont know shit about oneitis untill it happens. Its progress to get oneitis becaus its a lesson.

Game, escalate, ask her out, kino, escalate.
If you get the stiff arm, the cheek, or the duck, say, "cool" and take her home. Do not act butthurt, but soft-next. Game other girls.

Make sure you escalate if you do go on a date. If you don't, you'll probably just get thrown in her pile of orbiters.

Considering she said no the first time i asked her, what do you think in this situation should I do in terms of "dating"? I'm not too familiar with the concept of taking a girl out on a date, I always thought of it as cliche. at what point should I ask? what IOI is an absolute confirmation that i'm "in"?

Well you should pick a place where you can sit next to her instead of across so you can getting touchy is easier. An ice cream shop works for me and I'm in HS so I can relate to your situation. Give it a week since you last hung out with her and just tell her to meet me at whatever place you want to go at the time and ask her if she's down. Watch her body language on the date. You have to take risks. If you feel like she wants to make out go for it. If she resists try again later. So go ahead and go for it, wish you luck.

This is a bad intro into a oneitis; denying it and saying you're new just dipping your toes in the water. Be stoic, play her heart strings with manly vibes, hit on other chicks (very important in this case) and don't let her feel like the perfect butterfly (though don't ignore her entirely either). You're playing with fire atm and I just wanna say be careful, but fuck her brains out.

I know modern girls have sex all the time, but that's not good, modem marriages are all broken too. Try to find a better girl, one that doesn't have sex without being married, or at least very sure about what she does.
She already said no, she wanted to be friends, I don't think she was attracted to you. Does that changed now?
I'll tell you what will happen, she'll date you, and you or her will breakup sooner or later, then she'll go with other man, she's starting her sex life in modern America.
You'll keep thinking about your B friend too.
I would run from such scenario, I wouldn't continue, find a good girl that loves you.
