I've been lifting regularly (stronglifts 5x5 currently). Yes, to maintain a high T level we ALL need to lift. It's what men do.
That being said, my range of motion has decreased a LOT since starting SL 5x5. I've recently started yoga to balance it out, and I believe that anyone who lifts should also do yoga, or some kind of intense stretching regimen.
Currently, I'm doing DDP yoga. Diamond Dallas Page is great and has taken out all of the foo foo shit, slightly modified some moves, and has made yoga more manly. I love it! Only problem is that it's a little too easy. I see myself outgrowing DDP yoga in about a month or two.
Anyone else here do yoga? Do you have a good yoga program that's not full of foo foo BS, and not geared toward women?

Another vote for doing Yoga. It is indeed a great partner for lifting. Like all things, treat it with moderation. Yoga injury is quite possible. I've gone to various classes. If you are anything like me, you will be breathing so hard you can't hear the foo foo stuff anyway.

If you lift heavy, your range of motion will suffer. You should increase your stretching with Yoga or Pilates, etc. This is something that basketball players have been doing for the last decade or so, helps you from getting injured. I would recommend. if you haven't done yoga and think it's pussy shit, you should try it. It'll probably annihilate your ass completely.

Is DDP like a youtube series? If it is I would highly recommend going to an actual yoga class for at least the first few months, one where they take the time to correct your form. It is very easy to think you are doing yoga, or any kind of movement for that matter, correctly when in fact your hips are not in the right position, your footing might be slightly off and so on. I can't recommend a particular style or gym as they differ greatly from place to place.

Sort of. It's kind of like p90x and insanity, only it's yoga for men.
That's a great idea actually. Get the form down first, then move on to your own programs. The yoga gyms in my area are full of women and skinny vegan dudes (judging by their facebook pages). Not sure I would want to waste my time with that but it seems like I may have to.

...This is the first time I have heard of yoga for men, I may try that out.

Ashtanga or "Power" yoga kicks ass. It's hard as fuck, at first, but does great things for your core.

There was an asktrp thread about yoga a few weeks ago I believe. Some info in there potentially.

Yoga classes at most gyms are loaded with girls. Health benefits aside, it's a good way to meet women.

I think I intimidate women when I do yoga they think I can suck my own dick.
