Hello Guys,
Soon I'm starting to change my work space in a big international company and I would like to have some red pill advice from you guys. I read the CorporateLand post's from [u/VasilyZaitzev] (https://www.reddit.com/user/VasiliyZaitzev) submitted and would like to know what else I should read to dominate in the office space.
Many thanks, chunkPB

Read the 48 Laws of Power. Also, read The Gervais Principle.
Don't go in all guns blazing, learn the environment, find out who's actually running the show and who's just the joker.

Yeap refreshed 48 Laws of Power by re-reading it, but I didn't know about that Gervais Principle. Thank you, this will helps a lot to see the dynamics on the office space. Found a huge discussion about it here.

There are a number of ways that I'm sure many other people will share with you, but for me I prefer to keep out of the every day drama in the office and just get shit done as quickly and correctly as possible. I don't over share my family life, I don't get persionally involved and I ensure management knows I'm the guy you can give a task to and know it will get done with no bullshit.
It has served me very well so far and I live a very comfortable life because of it.

Observe. Take mental notes of what the pecking order is. Sit back, think about how you fit in, can move to the top.... Then observe some more. Don't make any moves until you know how you can add value to the lives of the top people.

The #1 way to enter strong is to negotiate a high salary for yourself. Do not tell them your current salary. Do not play the "what's your range game". Negotiate based on identifying their companies needs, and showing how you meet those needs better than other candidates. Make it clear that you are interviewing them as well, that you value your time, and you have clear things you are looking for.
