Hi guys,
If you're on a date with a chick, (or even just on a casual first meeting) and the time comes when the bill comes over, how do you suggest she pays/you split the bill?
Is this something that should be prepped before the meeting starts? Or do you just use a cheeky line when the bill comes?

Check roulette. two credit cards given server picks one without looking. Loser pays the whole bill.

Before the first actual date, while flirting with her, busting each others balls, etc., I playfully tell her she's being mean but she can make it up to me by buying the first drinks. Great way to bring up the subject of a date.

Well, it's a weird one.
My main girl is a student. She isn't able to afford much. She doesn't let me foot the bill for everything and to that end, she'd much prefer a night in spinning records and CDs rather than some fancy expensive restaurant.
Though she took me out to a gig recently and paid for everything the whole night. Kinda made me feel bad, must have cost a bunch, but she said I've paid enough times, it's her making it up to me. In truth, I've not paid for that much more; only times where we've done activities which were beyond what she could reasonably afford but I wanted to do anyway with or without her, but more fun with her kind of thing. Usually gigs or the other weekend it was my mate's birthday (guy who lives in the flat below) so we went to a theme park for drinking and kid-free rides. I paid for her for that, but it was a larff.
My plate is pretty much a split the bill girl. She didn't the first few times, she let me pick it up. I'm not sure how I quite re-engineered that if I'm honest. We were settling a bill up at an Italian restaurant (She likes to eat before we fuck). The bill came, I dug around for my wallet, the look of fear when I thought I'd left my wallet...
What happened was, I'd left the wallet at home and just took a card out with me, but forgot I did that. Feeling around for the bulge of the wallet and not finding it kinda brainwronged me for a second. But then I remembered, corrected myself and it was all cool. But when I put the card on the table, she kinda said, "Actually, I should get this, you've paid every time so far!"
Being there was a little beta left in me, I protested slightly and then suggested we split it. Since then, we've always split it. Glad that worked out, this woman is amazing in the sack. And I felt she got a little empowerment from that episode.
