Have a direct conversation about this behavior. Tell him the difference between cockblocking vs. being a wingman. He's a guy. You can be direct. Tell him that he needs to start contributing to your sexual successes. Give him some pointers about how he can help. Make it constructive. Be a team.
If he doesn't go along with you then he's a beta bitch who can't handle your success or he's gay and secretly in love with you.
Some pointers you can give him:
Assistance with pre-selection. "Dude, what's this girl's name?", "No redhead this time?", "She's prettier than Jennifer. Nice catch!", "Don't use my condoms anymore, buy your own."
Getting out of the way. You've got a girl at home, he says "Hello" then either departs or vidya in his private space.

He's probably socially clueless you two sound 17. He thought the initial greeting was an invite. Learn to be more assertive. Now that its after the fact you tell him exactly what you said here. In the future you drop hints that are more obvious until he leaves or ask to speak to him in another room.
