I'm serious. I have no idea what flirting is. I keep having "normal convos" with girls. I get numbers and dates easily. But I can't help being "the boyfriend material". I can't get first night lays or the second dates.
I never give compliments. I only do direct approach (hey you were looking attractive and...) and start having a normal convo (where we are from, what's our jobs etc).
Please explain me how to flirt/hit on girl.

Thanks for the answer. But the covert one sounds too creepy (i'm not native speaker) the other one is at least direct and sounds more natural to me.
How would you follow up these questions? (I'm not gonna use them. But I'll find something fits me)

Look up double entendres / innenuendos and use them in normal conversation; "going down" "back-door" etc.

First date bangs are rare. The reason you hear about them so much is because they are so unusual. Guys like to brag on them. If you never or only rarely get these, it's no big deal.
