So, as I'm quite tall and gained some muscles as I've started to lift (Thanks to TRP), I'm getting nice amounts of eyeballs in public or some place else. Usually women look down or away when I turn my sights on them but some just don't. And I don't wanna look creepy or disturb someone for that.
Tbh, I don't like prolonged eye-contacts. Even though I know I'll be called 'pussy' here for breaking eye contact (In some occassions, that's true to call me that) I just get nervous when I'm being lazered by a pair of eyes.
So how to do it? Could anyone explain the etiquettes of eye contact?

FYI, if they: look down=submission (you can approach) sideways=not dominant, submissive, or interested (do not approach) up=dominant, dismissive and not interested (do not approach)

This sounds like an excellent opener that I would be comfortable using. Thanks! I would then either say "ahh that was weak" if they break eye contact, or "wow you're good .... (pause) .... but I'm better" if she holds it.

If they sustain it, or Hell even if they don't, go talk to them. It's only creepy if you just stare at them forever. Initiate a conversation and get a date out of it.

This is the real reason you don't want to hold it. Sounds like you need some practice:
From now on make and HOLD eye contact with everyone within 30 feet that you run across in your line of sight. Only look away at least 3 seconds after they do, or when they are immediately next to you.

Most people feel this and look away in a fraction of a second. Make a game of it and you'll quickly realize if you can hold contact for just 3 seconds you'll be doing better than 90% of guys.

When I see a beautiful woman they usually look back. Not trying to be a cocky douche it's just how it is. Anyway when they look I like to look them right back in the eyes. It startles them and they almost always smile back. Being able to hold eye contact is something unique.
