I'm sure you can find and download it online for free. Google the title and "PDF" after it.
If not, many sites have a synopsis of "DEVI" method if you google it. It's been shared a few times on TRP so you can also try typing it into the search bar.
For what you describe I think it's your best bet. I don't know of anything else that can get you to the goal you described other than that book/method.
