Who are your role models?
There's a bit in "No More Mr Nice Guy!" (as recommended here, and has really helped me make fantastic progress) where it's suggested that for certain situations, you should pause, take stock, and think "what would a healthy male do in this situation?". The idea being that you stop and consider your actions in order to change them, rather than operating out of the same bad habitual behaviour.
It occurred to me though, often I have no idea what a healthy male should do, or often even be. My father was a very poor role model, and thinking about it, I realised I had basically modelled my concept of a healthy male on the beta blue pilled white knight nice guys in TV and movies; in the absence of an alternative, this was how I constructed my idea of healthy behaviour.
Now, having swallowed the red pill, I often find it difficult to imagine what a good reaction would be to particuar scenarios; in particular, confrontations.
There's a few good, specific examples in movies etc, but these are few and far between. One person I think who seemed to have it figured out was David Lee Roth- I couldn't imagine him getting flustered, embarrassed and agitated, but then I can't imagine how he might deal with someone trying to screw him over either, where he'd actively have to make a stand against someone- he's just too laid back.
So, TRP, who are your role models?

Mad Men's Don Draper
They are both fictional characters but what better role models to tickle women's fantasy?

Bruce Lee, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dale Carnegie, Winston Churchill, Waylon Jennings and a fair few others.
Most of the guys I admire are dead or way past their prime, which tells me all I need to know about modern society.

Chuck Yeager Such an example of a solid man.
T.E. Lawrence Essentially the real life indiana jones.
The black devil, Erich Hartmann Top scoring fighter pilot ace of all time - fighting for the wrong side. His life story is totally admirable however.
Reinhold Messner Makes the late Sir Edmund Hillary look weak in comparison, and that's saying something.
Beck Weathers Rewrote what a human being can survive at high altitude.
Simo Häyhä Cause being the most ridiculous sniper of all time isn't enough, you need to get your face shot off and then still go life a totally normal life and not even suffer PSTD because you're that much of a man.
Horatio Nelson, 1st Viscount Nelson When you tell the doctor, "You can do nothing for me. I have but a short time to live. My back is shot through" That screams confidence in the life you have lived.
Bernard Moitessier When you're dominating the first round the world solo non-stop sailing circumnavigation race in the final phases, why not just , I dunno, keep going. Because you are a man, and your thing is sailing. Fuck the trophy. You'll mail the wife later on. To tahiti!
Terje Håkonsen Pioneering snowboarder, perfect example of doing what you love and doing it your way. When you out-alpha Shaun White at his own thing (see First Descent) well, just watch it.
Stanley "Swede" Vejtasa A WW2 american pacific theatre ace.
Just watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qk94v5kZ_pQ#t=81, has the actual guy in the interview. Insane.

As I said with mine, most of those guys are dead and dying. Boys are growing up today without any decent men to look up to.

Dead? Churchill, Genghis Khan, Miyamoto Musashi, and Alexander the Great.
Alive? Vladamir Putin, John Mayer, and this guy

Now that's actually a pretty tricky question. Apart from my own dad, I'd mostly choose political figures.
Marcus Aurelius, for living a life of valour and modesty while being the most powerful man of the known world, as well as staying calm and clear-minded in the face of war and threat.
Napoleon Bonaparte, for having a massive pair of balls.
Same goes for George Washington and the others.
Otto von Bismarck, for pretty much being the German Churchill.
