I am stuck at odds with NoFap. I believe that not busting a nut and withdrawing from porn is beneficial, but I keep seeing lots of feedback saying that NoFap is useless after Day 7.

As someone who has experimented with NoFap, I felt the sexual energy surging through me by Day 7 and just saw women as walking asses and tits. This seems to be the common agreement over here. I call this 7 day fap cycle "The Red Pilled No Fap" since it seems to be designed for optimal energy without the hardline. Most people who take it to Day 200 or so say they become "asexual," low energy, and depressed for months and months. That is unhealthy for a healthy sex life.

So, this is why i make this post.

Why do NoFapper's go past day 7? They even admit the testosterone declines after Day 7. They all talk about the 'hardline' where you feel like utter shit and lose your sex drive.

What is the point of that? Why not fap once per week at the 7 day mark?

Is there a benefit of going past the 7 day mark?

Besides the "discipline" of not fapping for 200 days how some seem to do it.

I dont give a fuck about this 'discipline' thing. I already practice discipline by working out 5 days a week, dieting 7 days a week, week in week out. Amongst other things like yoga/meditation/etc.

I feel like the flatline feeling from NoFap is your body telling you that abstaining is having a negative effect. Why does one purposely put their body in that state? They NoFap to feel better and get a sex drive. The flatline is literally opposite of that. 7 days seems to be the key to feeling better with a high sex drive.

This is not an attack on NoFap. Even those against it will agree that sexual energy builds when its not being released. I just want to know why people take it way past the hardline phase?

I am genuinely curious if theres some benefit worth attaining past the hardline.
