Haven't looked at porn since the 10th of December. Will never watch it again.

I haven't looked at porn even once. Sometimes I get the urge to masturbate, WHICH IS NORMAL. I have masturbated about twice in those days, I do have a girlfriend to have sex with, blowjobs, etc.

Just said to myself, "Porn will destroy me. Masturbation is normal, natural and healthy. Porn is fake, it's unreasonable. It's breaking down my social fiber, it's making me scared to talk to women, it's filling my head with dirty thoughts 24/7. I want them to leave my head. I will NEVER look at porn again."

It worked. Previously, I would associate masturbation to porn use. I would think about nofap. I would say, I've relapsed and binge on porn and let 2-4 loads go. That was my mistake.

I disconnected porn from masturbation. That was the main step I took. Suddenly, it was so apparent, so easy that it surprised me. I am still in shock, at how easily those Dirty thoughts just left my head! They're gone!

I will say though, that I am doing a bit of visualisation. Of the 2 times I masturbated, and once in a while when porn urges come, previously "saved clips" in my head are playing, but I see it as them being played for the last time. They are leaving my head, of course you would see them go; right?

Don't worry. Disconnect porn from masturbation. Masturbation is not the problem. Porn is the problem.

The "superpowers" from nofap may or may not be real. I personally don't advocate quitting masturbation. However the immediate benefits of quitting porn; in only 3 weeks, the constant, nonstop dirty thoughts in my head are almost gone. My erections are ROCK HARD. My gf is in awe at how hard I get so quick. The best benefit is the feeling of power over yourself, the rush of feeling victorious.

Quit porn. It's bullshit. Wether you're forever alone, incel, dating, married, divorced, young or old...quit it.

It will change your life. I am here to talk to you if you need any help. I will not however entertain self-pitying repeat relapsers who aren't serious. You can quit porn, even after watching it religiously for over 15 years (my past situation).

It's easier than you think
