They do not need to be replaced every 10 years. Also why the hell is the man paying for it?, Shouldn't she pay for it herself? Most women choose to go back because in 10 years they have gone through physical changes (pregnancy, weight gain weight loss) or some just looking for a change in overall size. Because of the trajectory/path my life took I have worked around a lot of entertainers. Not just strippers... Geez, give it a rest will ya?

Now, makeup and lighting is a big deal, but to put a shoot together or make a runway work, the models AND their actual body shape has to work also. Hair extensions, permanent makeup, botox, lip implants, butt or chest also may be "the look" that is needed, and that means either you work or you starve sometimes. So I know that surgeries would boost my confidence drastically, and make me a happier person overall. So who am I to judge if my girlfriend wanted a nose job or something along those lines?

Good implants DON'T rupture in 10 years, but maybe in 30 or 40. Also good surgeons cost a lot.
