I'm from Moldova, the poorest shithole of Europe.
Every time I check r\theredpill I just can't be angry anymore and there's nothing for me to read, because I never meet the type of women that you guys seem to deal with every day in the U.S.
This is a post to remind you that there are better societies on this planet than the one you choose to remain in, and it may be well worth it to get out.
Every girl I ever talked to in this country has agreed at least partially that traditional gender roles are the way to go. Even the most progressive carrer-oriented, member-of-youth-organizations (you know, the kind that the worst, most tolerant type of people love) women. These agree halfway, the rest agree fully to the captain-first mate dynamic.
Can you imagine talking about this openly, no bullshit, no political correctness, and most people just agreeing with you? Even the "progressive" people?
They are all well aware of the wall, of the value men place on low partner count and virginity, of their attraction to masculinity, dominance, of their hypergamy. I talk to all of them about this, and they all simply agree. No feminist bullshit, no excuses, simply a "yes, that's true." Sometimes they try to argue a bit, but they just give in in the face of logical arguments and then laugh about it or act slightly embarassed but begrudgingly agree.
Sometimes I will tell them something I learned about on trp and their eyes will light up enthusiastically because they agree so much but never heard it described so well.
And it makes my life very easy and angerless, because everyone knows what to expect. They are not different in nature, they just accept their nature. (e.g. a girl can easily accept that she's dumb and needs someone to lead her and she won't feel like she should be any other way, like she'll lose face for everyone around her. If she was told she should be super strong and smart and independent she'd come into conflict with the natural relationship dynamics) And so do many men, because this society has preserved a lot of the primitive common sense about men and women. (Some random guy who has no idea about any pick up or manosphere-philosophy dropped this on me: "You know what it's like, one guy feeds her and the other one drives her around (fucks her)." Af/bb right there, in the form of common sense coming from a college dude)
Maybe move to a shittier country. There might be less money in your life, but also much less anger.
I could never live in the U.S. after this country.
Edit: women are still women and you need to control them, it's just much easier because it's a lot more socially acceptable to do that and you deal with the right expectations. Many women derive their value from how good they are at cooking, taking care of the house, etc. It's not something you need to teach anyone. Just don't expect to be a pussy with no money and be respected by anyone. And these women can sense fakeness from miles away. If it looks like you're showing off, you're just gonna become a subject of ridicule or a wallet.
Edit2: Forgot to mention, but at the age of 21 I meet more virgins than I wish I woud.

My SO is moldovan. Early this summer we visited her parents in Hincesti. It was my first time in Moldova and wow, the country is not bad at all. The biggest differences between American and Moldovan women is the attitude and the lifestyle.
As far as lifestyle, there was hardly and overweight women, the all dressed well, usually in skirts and nice shoes. And they have humility and treat their men like a woman should treat her man; very little nagging, and letting the man be the captain. It is a world of difference to the women here in the U.S. that think all men OWE them something..
From what I learned speaking with her friends and family in Moldova, the women there discover their sexuality, where-as in America women explore their sexuality, which is probably why they have a higher partner count and are more "whore-ish".
[deleted] 8y ago
We can't all move to Eastern Europe. Who knows where societies go anyhow within two decades Eastern Europe could be worse off then the US and the US could be just like Eastern Europe is today.
SunshineBlotters 8y ago
I travel a lot and I have lived in a lot of countries and from my experience the difference between US women and women from other countries is minimal at best. I have lived in Austria, which is definitely eastern european and my god the women there are just about as bad as American women. At least 70% of the difference that people in this sub notice traveling around is the fact that it is more socially acceptable for women to be submissive to their men. Since it is more expected they will put up a charade. And thats all it will ever be. A charade. AWALT.
The one CLEAR benefit of foreign women over US women is that women from Eastern Europe and parts of Asia are more sexually adventurous. In America the hotter a girl is the more likely she will fuck like a tranquilized mattress.

In most post industrial countries like usa, germany, skandinavia aso. all women can marry the state if they wish. No need for a traditional family. Can women marry the state in moldavia?
[deleted] 8y ago
My first thought exactly. Culture is a function of economics in this difference.
destraht 8y ago
I'd imagine that its just not a very good husband.

Great husband, terrible lover. But since she can have the state for a husband and any of the thirsty horde for lovers, the state will be content fucking the men only.

Huge differences between post-communist countries. Places like the Czech Rep. or Slovakia have pretty decent welfare states. Divorce rates are also high rates. The Czech Republic even has the highest divorce rate in Europe (source: article from 2006): http://www.radio.cz/en/section/curraffrs/eurostat-czech-republic-has-highest-divorce-rate-in-europe

Confirmed. I travel throughout the country for work a lot, and in most smaller cities a somewhat conservative consensus still exists.
The bigger the city gets tho, the more prevalent hypergamy is. Bigger pool of alphas to choose from, bigger pool of betas to validate the girls. Sure, the closer you get to the top, the pickier you get to be - but the Murphy'esque attitude is pretty much a default here from the get go.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
I'm not sure what you mean by that.
Marriage is still legally dangerous as the wealth will be divided in half and you can be sure as hell the women will try to extort as much money as they can. At the same time, marriage is very, very much expected.
[deleted] 8y ago
Marry the state would mean not find a husband but have children. The state (government) would force the father to pay the woman a monthly child support bill, and sometimes alimony if they were married then divorced. Alimony is an allowance for being a woman that was married - it makes zero logical sense. The women also get a hefty 'child tax benefit' once a year, usually around $1000-$3500. The more kids you have to support the more money the government will dish out to the woman. It is also extremely easy to get welfare here in Canada, and I would assume in the US as well. That is normally about $650 a month plus food, but (of course) it is more for single mothers.
Do women in Maldova have that option?
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
You will never be able to live off welfare in Moldova, but women do get alimony that is equal to a percentage of the man's salary, so yes. If you got a kid, you gonna pay for it. Divorce is a lot more dangerous in Moldova though, because living on one average salary is no joy here. The rate is still high, 42% I believe.
The country is also corrupt and quite indifferent so you could manage to get out of that obligation with enough luck. You could just move back abroad and that'd be it I believe.
Edit: women don't get an allowance for just having been married to you if you're asking about that, I find that idea ludicrous
HAMMURABl 8y ago
Moldovan women are gold-digging whores, even more so than the gold digging whores of moscow.
Yes, the US is bad, but moldovan woman? Not in 10 lifetimes.
Nah. Taking looks, behaviour and expectations into account, i think nothing beats a cute german girl, especially the non-fatties in the rural part of germany.

I'm from EE. Well geographically central Europe and mentality is somewhere in between. I'm from Croatia.
I was living in few foreign states, now I'm living in Germany for last three years.
Guys here need to take red pill when it comes to EE. There is nothing spectacular about it. Women are better looking but hotter ones go exclusively for wealth which means you can't compensate with looks or character or anything if you're not rich. Branch swing happens very quick
People and everything live in past. Consider that I'm coming from Westernized country and it's worse in other countries.
Only one thing is better, man get tough manhood. If they find the balls and move out they have a chance to nail it.
Like I did.
nzgs 8y ago
Russian women have statistically the biggest tits in the world, and the biggest balls too.

Well I'm in Central Europe, Czech Republic and I see the same correlation as you mentioned. Don't think I'm returning back to the States either.
[deleted] 8y ago
God have mercy on your soul. jk
Don't forget, even if the women accept themselves for what they are, AWALT and the basics of hypergamy stay the same, many of us here in richer countries can get women to do this for a time. You have what we call, big fish in a small pond status, if you married a woman from your native Moldova and moved to a richer country, you'd find her acting the same as our women act.
This neither means women from our countries are good or yours are bad, vice versa, they are simply women.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
Yeah I don't recommend moving abroad with a Moldavian woman, but rather coming to a country like this yourself.
Not all women convert when they move to a western country, as many of them derive pride from being different from the western, agressive, bitchy, feminist women. And also from being with a real man. And I mean pride, so they could stay largely the same.
Can't name any numbers for sure though, so I wouldn't bet much on this. Not much personal experience in this, just talk from other people over the years.
internet_terrorist 8y ago
I wonder how much the looming threat of "re-Sovietization" figures into their behavior. While men define and shape the present, women shape the future with their reproductive choices. So if women are choosing the mother-role, it reveals something about a broader trend.
Throwaway9665 8y ago
Women hate to be judged, they hate to be individual, they'd rather go with a crowd. If she is with other traditional women, she will be a traditional. If she makes friends with shallow divorcee golddiggers, guess what she's going to turn into...
destraht 8y ago
Its best simply to find a woman where you want to be already. For me its perfect here because I always live out of a large bag that is small enough that I can ride a bicycle while wearing it. I download movies off of thepiratebay here just the same as back home, I don't watch television, beer is cheap, conversation is plentiful and there are very few feminists.
Some years ago I was talking with an older woman in my family and she said "Wow, you're brave and everything but don't you miss your comforts?". I said "like what?" and she replied "well I love my DVD collection and I would miss it". I explained to her that I can download any movie that I like and that at that time I had perhaps a hundred movies on a hard drive. That was her example. For me its heaven over here and the roads and sidewalks are kind of fucked up but I ride around in a mountain bicycle and it makes it super fun and my skill has really improved. Back home I would be looking for that one little jump in the sea of perfectly safe cement to make the journey a bit more interesting.
[edit] Its a big fucked up playground.
RedDeadlift 8y ago
A DVD collection!? That's hilarious. If not that, then I'm sure she'd come up with something else. People will find excuses. I have a friend who is always saying how he wants to travel. When I suggested he put his place (a downtown loft) on airbnb and travel a bit, he said he couldn't because he was afraid renters would damage his nice couch that he paid maybe $2k for.
That's a funny note about the sidewalks. Reminds me of the Philippines. I kinda enjoyed how fucked up the infrastructure was. Walking around anywhere was an adventure.
destraht 8y ago
I'm renting a place now in the center of a major Ukrainian city for $10/day or 9/day by the week or $7/day by the month and I showed no passport, down payment or anything. At least in California the people are fucking whack jobs about protecting their investments, or maybe there really are that many destructive fools, not sure. Credit checks, year leases to rent an empty box. Fuck all that!!! Sprinkle in a few feminists just for fun.
Throwaway9665 8y ago
I was in Odessa about 15 years ago, and the sidewalks had a smell. I think it was old Soviet concrete, they used some other stuff in it that made it maybe cheaper but it was a lot more prone to crumbling. That was just my speculation, I never looked it up or anything.
destraht 8y ago
L'viv is just full of gorgeous old Austrian-Hungarian Empire buildings and there was tons of Jewish money in the center. Then the Soviet Krushev period gets going and its an obvious "WTF happened here?". About ten years ago the locals (descendants of relocated country bumpkins who know jack shit) made a big pride and joy "wave" statue that is flat on both sides it tells the struggles of the last century. Well, they are already needing to renovate the statue because the outside coating reacted terribly to the elements. This is just my example that really they don't know shit on the level of the people who were previously there. They mistake their inheritance of that city as something that they accomplished when it reality it is a completely alien civilization. I don't blame them for the Soviet relocation as they were simply victims but today they are so puffed up about the conflict that I find that I can't stand them. Also its one of the worst places to get laid and it has the the most political zealots of anywhere.
[edit] Speaking to people in L'viv was simply a fractal of the same exact idea. More intelligent people would go layers deeper into that fractal thought of sameness and stupid people who just recite the basics. So I simply lost respect for L'viv people because its literally the same exact idea over and over again without deviation. How can that be legitimate? In other cities there are varying amounts of wider thought. Hell, maybe even family members disagreeing.
[deleted] 8y ago
As a westerner who grew up in Australia with UK ancestry parents, you just explained to me something about the former soviet countries that countless documentaries and war-history books never have.
destraht 8y ago
Today with the anti-Russian politics and a sort of idealization of L'viv as what all of Ukraine should be like if it had balls and conviction, I don't see how sorts of truths like what I just wrote would be ever be expressed. Honestly I think that the Western Ukrainians absorbed the Jewish eternal victim-hood angle but without having the history of accomplishments to go along with it.
Also, important to realize about the whole conflict is that much of Eastern Ukraine doesn't really have the same level of conviction behind a vision of a unified Ukraine and that they merely want peace and not to be absorbed by Russia. You see they speak Russian and have more in common with Russia than they do L'viv. its a sort of tit-for-tat going on and in the past the USSR attempted to destroy Western Ukrainian culture and language and so now the Western Ukrainians have a chance to destroy what they see as pro-Russian aberrations and so they have been kind of bitches about it all. Kiev plays them like a fiddle by directing them at Russia so they don't continue to clean their own house and [what would be] in that process making both Moscow and Kiev business-as-usual look bad. People were fighting against the hyper-corrupt Kiev and then turned around one day to literally join up with the smooth continuation of that whole system and then to be redirected against an external enemy image. Its in the best interest of both Moscow and Kiev to send Ukrainian patriots who were willing to fight in the capital streets off to their death. Those kinds of people are not wanted. So they recruit willing but unmotivated kids to play their epic endless artillery games and to pretend that there is a real war happening when in reality its just some skirmishes. Kiev wanted to destroy the economy of the besieged territories to show other potentially break away territories what happens when you go against them. Then simply the IMF replaces Moscow as the near exclusive patron of that terribly corrupt system. For the US its comparable to Afghanistan in the sense that merely $billions in loan aid causes huge asymmetric damage to Russia.
So about L'viv, the US special forces fly directly into there for training and logistics and its basically a stronghold of anti-Russian and pro-Ukrianian sentiment. They are flying a huge EU flag on the Polytechnic University there and many there are delusional enough to believe that they can be admitted into the EU. They will continue to homogenize their local laws to EU standards to please EU observers. The part that makes L'viv at joke is that they zealously insist on two incompatible goals: they want to go to the EU and they want to bring all of "Ukraine" with it. They see themselves as better than the East for having "culture" (aka Austrian-Hungarian buildings) and they are absolutely sure that it will just be best for Ukraine. So its not cut and dry as you go East but more or less past the diagonal from Odessa to Poltova you are in places that speak Russia primarily and increasingly just had more in common with Russia. Again this is varying levels of aberrant behavior from a L'viv perspective. The two Oblast regions that were largely almost entirely just an economic extension of Russia had reservations about the whole Maidan thing and as it escalated Kiev became increasingly belligerent. At this time they were full of the more rabid Western Ukrainian street thugs who were intent on pushing things extremely fast and
morebefore the election. After a "revolution" like that (not really a revolution since they merely traded Moscow corruption for IMF corruption money) its basically breeds extremism due to mob mentality and since the people who are willing to get out and fight tend to be more extreme themselves. Just how in an ordinary Western election how the primaries are more extreme than the general election as they all move center and the total nutters are weeded out. Now Western Ukrainians even don't like much of the literal thuggishness that occurred and they will begin to vote the extremists out (or not) but the Donbas people really were rubbed the wrong way. Then about Crimea, basically just several people died in that takeover yawn.

It's interesting to hear, information about this kind of thing can be somewhat hard to verify and trust over here.

Well I'm from the California and people back there tell me that I'm full of shit. I have huge problems with the US but never at all expected to be in a country where I sympathized much more with the stated enemy than my own country. That said the Russian model kind of sucks and I'd much prefer an old school US model to that shit, but the US is going down a terrible direction, so I think no hope there. I think that simply as far as sowing seeds of destruction that the US is completely and utterly guilty as fuck.
hamzakhatieb 8y ago
You don't get it, what you're referring to as a problem is only 5% of the problem.
I live in freaking Pakistan and women are the same, although here, they don't have a right to divorce; but the behaviours, the cheating, the manipulating, it's all the same.

No matter what country you go to if your an American. You will run into gold digging whores. Being a foreigner means you have a lot more to offer the lower middle class and working women then men in their typical status and class. That just means they will do better at hiding their intentions until they got you to marry them.
Leaving the U.S. is a lot more dangerous if your looking to marry because you can miss out on a lot of social cues that you would otherwise see from a mile away here in America. Now if your looking for pussy and to hook up and not get married or have kids. Then enjoy yourself because your life just went Easy Mode.

Cross the Prut and you get to the land of no fault divorce (albeit only common assets gained during marriage are split) and no-choice-for-men-when-fathering land.
Excessive hypergamy as described by TRP is found in places where basic needs are covered and the women can live the good life. It's flourishing in Bucharest and the big cities. Your country is just too poor for hypergamy to manifest fully at society level. You'll get there, don't worry

So much truth here. I have friends from Ukraine and they never ever tolerate the nonsense you read about here but don't see in your country. A few nasty ones now are there, as Femen is from Ukraine, but at least in Femen they try to ensure the women are good looking (as it came out: a man started Femen so he could in fact control those women, a genius move).
Then truly you are in the promised land. In Canada and America most girls lose their virginity by 16.
[deleted] 8y ago

iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
How else do you expect them to preserve their virginity? I feel like virginity is such a foreign concept on trp that men have zero idea of what it's like to deal with a virgin girl haha.
They'll fuck you before marriage but not before they're sure you're serious about getting with them (I'm talking marriage, kids, the whole deal). Or you can just get them drunk...
[deleted] 8y ago
[deleted]
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
She'll be fine. This is not a muslim country. It doesn't matter that much and girls who are serious about preserving their virginity won't get drunk in the first place. (Good luck convincing them!)
Many kind of want to do it but they're waiting for a good excuse to have sex before marriage, they don't actually wait for years and years. A really hot trp man and a few drinks is a great excuse.

Redpillstorm 8y ago
This post has hit home with me. I live in perhaps a more conservative society where girls still openly accept gender roles. 90% of the girls my age (22) are virgins if they haven't married yet. I've been on trp for a year now, and even though I love this sub, i can only relate to 70% of the content here. I believe AWALT, however the society we have over here has still maintained tradition through religion so i think there are much more 'unicorn' - like girls than in the US.
Redasshole 8y ago
You mean no sluts to fuck?
Damn.
oldredder 8y ago
It's good to see not all of the world has been consumed by the blue pill, the Matrix, the top-down control/enslavement of society. Now mind you the poorer nations still have a different economic version of the attack but feminism, electronic/paper money, hyper-taxation with relief only for the "special" groups, is each a different method of attack upon society.

i love chisinau. i'm from ukraine, but live in the states. been to your country quite a few times. your women are great too. keep it up brother.
grussvegas 8y ago
I can give some counter-arguments on the subject.
I live in the eastern-most part of poland currently. I've visited most of the biggest countries in the world, so I have a good perspective. I presonally hate most things about EE. Red Pill is about improving yourself. These countries have an eternal stagnation mentality. People don't deal with their problems - they get shit-faced at home and complain 24/7. Also, from what I've seen in poor countries, you'll encounter mostly(as OP stated) virgins, prudes, church girls and other self-righteous, bitchy types of women(they are foookin HOT compared to US girls. Like fucking seriously. especially Ukrainian and Russian chicks). Hard to get a ONS, and you actually see that most chicks are fucked by betas, because they need providers. And because the church wields perhaps the biggest amount of power here, people live by it's rules. I, personally, hate it.
Americans and Germans who come here think those girls love them because they're awesome. Wrong. They see a way out of poverty and go full-on Machiavelli. I grew up with them and they don't give a shit about jesus, you're also not their prince. They submit because they know how to stroke your ego.
And I know you can get beat-up basically everywhere, but in EE it's not hard to get fucked up by 5-6 guys that have "roid rage" written all over their faces in the middle of the day because fuck you. No consequences too. I've encountered much less hostility in more advanced places(netherlands and australia being exceptions. Talk about insecure nationalities.).
Younger people also prefer to work and live abroad, and you see mostly old people on the streets. Everyone here lives in the past, like Liverpool fans, and the only good thing about it is that you actually get to see that the majority of people here are explicitly against this fucking immigrant wave.
I vote for sluts, ONS's, technological advancement and money. I don't want a relationship, I have an enormous
dickambition, so life'll be much better for me in the US. If, on the other hand, you want a more stable and less-stressful life, you want to get married and shit, in addition to living like a king for little money - I'd say EE's the place to go. Red Pill guys won't have much competition too.spunk_wizard 8y ago
like Liverpool fans
Unnecessary low blow, but I laughed.
Good post, great to get this type of insight. TRP is so dominated by Americans, I genuinely believe their women must be the worst in the world for bitchy entitlement because even the women here (Australia) aren't that bad....

DaphneDK 8y ago
Yeah. I’ve seen this many times first hand as well in Ukraine. They’re not especially more partial to a larger age difference than western girls, so if an older western man comes off with a pretty little thing, you can be damn sure it’s about one thing. And if turns out he isn’t able to delivered afterall, shit is going down.
Another group of men who tend to seek out ua girls, are weak and timid western men who for one reason or another have been unable to attract a western girl. An Ukrainian girl might go along for the ride, but it is absolutely bound for disaster since there’s no way in hell she’s going to respect him unless he man up, take charge and behave like a man.

These are all valid points and should be considered by those thinking about moving to EE. I want to add my 2 cents to every point though:
-- Getting beaten up has never been a problem for me in the capital of Moldova, it's generally very safe.
-- Sluts are there, it's just not nearly as simple as in the U.S., you gotta know the places and the type. Girls on Tinder think that Tinder is for dating, it rarely occurs to them to hook up with a dude on the first date. Generally you'll need to get them drunk and make up an excuse to get them to your place for that to happen. Above all just learn what sluts look like, it's not as simple as them dressing provocatively. Escorts are really cheap too.
-- Prudes and virgins are everywhere, just know how to identify them and avoid at all times.
-- Unless stated otherwise, every girl is an open golddigger looking for a dude with money -- no biggie, I think, just play them. It's normal.
Cultural advantages include the absolute lack of political correctness; you can even be a dick and people will still love you if you play it right, because it gives you status, it shows courage, power. It's manly. And everything manly is admired.
Honestly, being in the U.S. felt a bit like suffocating to me, too much censure and restrictions. In EE money and an attitude gives you a lot of freedom. You may feel a sense of lawlesness from time to time.
grussvegas 8y ago
Pseudo-alphas are very common, and because almost every single one of them gets into a LTR, where they get pussified, or end up beating their wives every second day. It distorts the view of an alpha male to the females living there.
It's possible that we experienced different things, but I know russian and polish equivalents of Chad and they rarely get laid. In contrast, Italian Chads get all the pussy, because most guys there are feminine.
Oh, and most European cities apart from Spain look fugly to me. Not enough sunshine, not enough fucking awesome palms growing on beaches. Cold. California's fucking gorgeous compared to that.

I'm from Bialystok and I don't agree. I've met many Ukrainian, Russian and Polish girls and it's no different than the western world in terms of the delinquent years where every girl gets trashed.
Yes, it's a little more unsafe but not to the extreme of walking around downtown Baghdad or god forbid Syria. I prefer EE to Germany. German chicks are atrocious and the French? Well - fuck the French.

You have touched on the problem of society. The bigger problem with society.
After seeing this within my neighborhood in Massachusetts, 20+ years later, when I came back, I changed it.
It's actually sort of an Amish approach.
We now work together to advance our neighbor - and expect it to be returned in kind, but if it isn't, and we are taken for granted, we back off with no malice until the effort is returned.
The point is to BE CONSTRUCTIVE, to not sweat it. I'll fork out 20 bucks and help my neighbor out, but actually, I'm learning a process, I'm bettering myself, I'm learning, profiting by learning the system, whatever it is and helping my neighbor in the process.
This builds community. This inspires others to do the same back, and when they do, I happily enjoy their efforts and promote them to other members of the neighborhood.
We all prosper through our efforts. It's not a race, it's not "who does the best", but we all rise by being willing to step forward.
We now have people who talk to each other and are there to lend a chainsaw, chipper, snowblower and effort, instead of hide on our 1 acre overgrown lots and conspire about what the other neighbor is up to.
Our neighborhood is now a place where people want to be as a direct result of starting this and carrying it out.
And now that I'm leaving, people are telling me that they are sad to see me go, because I am the one reason that pulled this neighborhood together. I've build allies. I've learned how to build allies and what that offers me and us all. And this is powerful.
It's not Red Pill per se, but it's about advancing one's own goals by choosing to advance the people surrounding you.

Hardly micro when the city alone has about double the population of my entire country (NZ).

Care to elaborate on this more?? I've seen videos of faggots getting beat up in Russia on the street.
grussvegas 8y ago
There is no place for faggotry here. Some gay people are really cool, but as I said, traditionalism and the church have too much of an impact. No feminism(yay!), but also anything that's not considered "the norm" is frowned upon. Everything is going backwards. No progress.
I've seen fags beaten on the streets too, but not on videos. Fucking nonsense. I mean, despise them all you want, but that's just fucking pathological.
My point being - if you're different, you're fucked.

ive heard of jews getting beat to death in russia. im a russian jew who was raised in america..id like visit there one day but i know eastern europeans hate jews (i dont blame them) but im not trying to get a brick in my head
grussvegas 8y ago
It's not that radical. People could look at you strange, but to get beat up to death for being a jew? Only if you got really bad luck. They mostly hate those things they're afraid of - like gay people, because they secretly fucked each other in the military or something.
Sometimes you'll see groups of big bald Vlads with fucking machetes - these guys should be avoided. But they spawn only in the biggest shitholes, like in real fucking poverty areas.
I recommend against having any contact with polish or russian football(it's not fucking soccer. it's football.) fans. They make use of their machetes pretty often. Friend ended up in a hospital for 3 months after having a friendly meeting with them fuckers.

I've spent years in Ukraine. I speak fluent Russian and I know several Moldovians currently.
My Moldovian cohorts are not agreeable. They are all divorced, against vaccinations and violently homophobic.
I am proud that I speak Russian but damn, there are times when I wish I didn't know it so I wouldn't get frustrated by so much ignorance.
You claim that your people know red pill truths but in Eastern Europe, divorce is more rampant than in the US.
You motherfuckers marry quickly and divorce just as fast.
That's not very red pill in my opinion.
oldredder 8y ago
divorce itself is not the problem: the problem is if she keeps all your children and your money by law, or preference of family courts. If Moldova doesn't act like that, that's a giant improvement.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
¯_(ツ)_/¯ you gotta pick your circles, this is not a progressive country. Most people are dumb, like anywhere, but they are also bigots.
Russia is very redpill and the divorce rate is 51%, so I don't think it correlates directly with how redpill a society is. Moldova's is 42%, according to wikipedia. You'd probably need laws that hinder people's ability to divorce in order to level it down.
Yokep 8y ago
Moldovians have a chip on their shoulder. Most Americans have never heard of your country and probably couldn't find it on a map.
I understand that must be frustrating. However, America's quality of life is much better and if you lived here, I imagine you would prefer to stay here... Much like every Moldovian, Armenian, Georgian, Azerbaijani, Ukrainian, Russian I've ever known.
destraht 8y ago
Time for some CNN war education.
oldredder 8y ago
I would not. I see how Americans live, the tolerance they have for being raped financially, raped off their land by their government, even illegal in places to collect rain-water.
Never.
That to me is slavery.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
Yup, that is certainly true, the country is shit in terms of money. But you only need 1000$ a month to feel relatively rich here. Barely any jobs that pay that, it comes down to you finding a decent source of income. If you're in a freelancer type of job that you can do from anywhere you'll live like a king here. The country is generally considered very beautiful by foreigners.
Corruption is everywhere, medical care is shit (though really really really cheap, a visit to the doc is 1.5$), lots of downsides.
destraht 8y ago
I'm from Northern California in a few cities that touch the Russian River (cause: Russians were there) and in the warm months there is an incredibly strong resemblance to Dnister River. In the Summer I feel like Moldova is basically a more beautiful Northern California. It feels like my geographic European home.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
I've been to the U.S. btw, for 4 months at a community college. I detested the culture, the sensitivity people had. I could certainly feel a big difference. I'd get called to the international office and be told off, I still hate the phrase "this is not ok". Came back angry like a child because that's how I was treated.
Never met anyone with a TRP attitude that wasn't a douchebag, but met cool people in general. Don't wanna make it sound like it was all bad.
Naturally, living conditions were much better, but with a little money you can get the same things in Moldova, for much cheaper. We got much less products, worse healthcare (biggest downside, really. But you can always go to Romania if you got anything serious), no sense of being at the center of all things if you're into that, but if you're not poor, life is pretty great.
destraht 8y ago
I lived there for a Winter and I didn't get laid at all except by a super drunk St. Petersburg chick. I had dates but was completely unable to overcome the obstacles there as they just wouldn't let me past their defenses and honestly they were incredibly judgmental and inflexible. Ukraine in general is much more fluid and to my liking.
I'm actually in Dnipropetrosk now and while its in Ukraine it was incredibly isolated due to security reasons due to the rocket and aerospace factories here. I mean HOLY FUCKING SHIT! People on the bottom end here often still don't have any exposure to foreigners and even answering "bez paquet" or "niet paquet" at the grociery store would see the women cashiers burst into extreme anxiety and to the point that a male coworker would need to rescue them and all of the while I understand everything he is saying to her (basically "he doesn't want a bag"). It happened more than once and I can get along just fine in Kiev, Odessa, Tiraspol even. Just so incredibly fucking closed. It makes Tiraspol look like a mega super highway of idea exchange. One time I said to a coffee kiosk woman "pujousta expresso" and she pulled the anxiety bit. I tell my local ~25 year old dude friends about this stuff and they find it incredibly humorous. They figure that these women go home and tell their families that they sold coffee to some foreign guy.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
Haha they certainly do go home and talk about it.
Even for me, having traveled a bit, it's always interesting to examine foreigners and they're a common discussion topic when we meet them ("Look, a bunch of foreigners. Okay this one is certainly American--we can hear him from the other end of the room-- this one has a weird accent and he dresses funny, must be Italian"...etc, etc.)
'Cause we don't meet them a whole lot.
About the girls -- yup, a lot of girls who want to get laid but will always exercise self-control and ask for a lot in exchange. Gotta recognize these and avoid them.
destraht 8y ago
Man, I really like Tiraspol (Transnistria) but ever since Maidan they have been going in a terrible direction quickly from the previous slowly going in the right direction. I don't care for Chisinau much and I prefer Dnipropetrosk, Odessa, Tiraspol and Kiev. I'm from California and I find it all pretty nice on a budget of anywhere from $700-1200. Now granted with the devaluations that can be 2-6x what others are making.
At any rate, going home sucks for the reasons you mentioned.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
Yeah around 700-1000$/month is enough to feel like middle-class here in Moldova.
And the women I met from Tiraspol were even more feminine and submissive than the ones I meet in Chisinau, so the value is there. But obviously Tiraspol is not the greatest place to be at.
Didn't know we had any Americans at all who of all places liked Tiraspol!
destraht 8y ago
I've enjoyed it a lot more than Chisinau but now the issue is that the police are really grinding down on people (buying into Russian propaganda). I think that the place to be at with that kind of money is now Ukraine. The economics sucks here for locals but there has been a huge revolution in the policing system and I can really feel it. It basically means that the chances of them outright robbing me in the street (as Tiraspol is now) is a tiny fraction of what it used to be. Its a great feeling to [not] be in a place that is grinding me down for being a man and where I also feel safe from both police and criminals. The troublesome foreign refugees are just skipping this country right on by and so it doesn't have that sort of internal conflict. I view the war as mostly just games of firing inaccurate artillery at each other all day so that like 1-2 people die. Its not tiny but its only 2% as significant as what the US, EU and Russian media have it made out to be. Its perfect in my opinion because that perceived danger keeps the Chinese hoards out, the Middle Eastern and African refugees out and also no ugly Western feminist is going to come here to compete with the local talent.
[deleted]
destraht 8y ago
You can basically just bounce to Transnistria to get out of the country and Moldova proper (Chisinau government) basically doesn't man the border (that I'm personally aware of, but could be different after Ukrainian Maidan) because that would be an implicit recognition of the "breakaway" twenty-five year standing Transnistrian territory as a sovereign territory. There is a lot of butthurt and political craziness around that whole issue.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
The job part is difficult. Most people make very little money here, I'm talking 300$/month. In order to live a decent life, you need, as expressed by a californian in the other comments, anywhere from 700$ to 1200$, and it's really enough here.
Your options are working for the U.S. embassy, working for a foreign company, working as an English teacher for an english language school, working freelance. Not much beyond that. Unless you're in IT, aka you're a programmer, there is nothing I know of that will bring enough money at Moldavian companies, save for advanced positions like being the head of some company.
You can try Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, the baltic countries might be alright but they're leaning on the feminist side I think. They're all pretty good, much better than Moldova economically(except for Ukraine since the war started). We are litterally the poorest on this entire continent.
SveXteZ 8y ago
Can confirm - Bulgaria is more western orientated than Moldova. There are some pick up artists bringing chicks for ONS often ( students mostly ), some feminists talking about $0.77 / $1 rule, a lot of beta males ( the new generation mostly ).
But also there are some good parts which were mentioned in the post -
But you better learn to fight, because people here would fight you for everything - one time one guy was about to fight me because he pushed me in the store - he was twice as bigger as me ...

I'm actually planning on a very different move but building a company, taking the risk and still keeping my US salary. Red Pill all the way. Own it, fucking do it and profit from your actions. Bring others up, so that they know as you succeed, they do. Build power, attraction follows.

Kind of serious question: if that's the case, where to all of the young gorgeous Eastern European who do porn fit into all of this? Where does that kind of girl fit into society?
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
Just girls that want to make money and leave this country. You have no idea how many gorgeous girls we have, a minority of them in porn will seem like a lot.
Speaking of which, the standard rate for "erotic massage" (yes, it means sex) is only 25$/hour.

Many people are happy in shitty countries. I think it's because they come here by choice.
We, who are born here, will always want the better life. But those born in abundance, who can always return to it, can easily abandon it and be poor by choice. I'm not advocating working as a regular Moldovan, it's too hard, but if you find a decent source of money, you're all set.

This only applies if you are earning more than the exempt amount, which is about $90K per year, or if you have like $2 million in assets. The IRS has a complete booklet and PDF that talks about this.

That means you'll still get a U.S. pension, which would be great abroad. Plus you only get taxed after a certain threshold.

When people (women) get spoiled by getting what they thought they wanted (or what they have been told they should want to have to become happy) and still find out they are unhappy, this is what happens. They manipulate.
keeekeeess 8y ago
WTF man all of the Moldavian girls like me on Tinder, but I'm not going to cross the border for some girl. What do Moldavian girls see in me that the Romanian ones don't? Yea, I live in Iasi, like 89km from your capital.
As for girls, I agree with this guy. I live in Romania, most will go like "I just want a stable relationship and I don't care too much about how the other person is as long as we are getting along". The women here also frown upon "whores". But I heard horror stories about Romanian women going abroad in Wester Europe and going "crazy".
We do have 33% of the salary going to the children, be it you have one or 10, you give away 33% of the salary to the parent raising the child(ren), but you can also buy stuff for the child and deduct the money with the receipt. I think it's fair, because as long as you had the child, you should man up and take responsability for him and pay for his upbringing or buy him shit, you can't just renounce parenthood. But NEVER EVER will a woman receive an alimony just because she was married. She could have been married to the richest guy in the country, she will only receive 50% at the divorce, but with a catch -> 50% of what they own after they got married. So if the guy had $10milion and after he got married made another $1million, she will get $500k, not $5.5million, which again, I think it's fair, as long as those money were made together and it doesn't matter if it's because of the husband, he took it upon himself when he married.
Also there is no such bullshit as the woman receiving the house. If you can't come to an agreement on splitting your possesions, the judge will order you to sell them and split the money. (possesions you gained after getting married, all others are yours from the begining)
oldredder 8y ago
Girls who travel internationally, not for work, especially just with other girls, are pretty much 99% whores. That's what it's for, to have amazing sex vacations then return home and pretend it didn't happen.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
I get a shitton of matches from Romania, too! No idea why, maybe we should exchange places of living.

If you follow the Ashley Madison (cheating service) hacking leak story you'd see that huge numbers of men were paying and emailing to a bot. Being that I'm a programmer and of a devious mind I would make the women be close to you but not so close that you could easily discover that they were bullshit. Then I'd harvest your $15 premium service fee.

Easih 8y ago
45k might give you a closet here.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
Haha probably not, unless you're a person that specifically enjoys isolation.
It's a village, so it's probably a few k people and barely any stores (which only sell food and some basics); you'll need to drive to the nearest town if you want to buy anything and there won't be a lot to look at. Of course no one that speaks English except for the English teacher from the local school.
You can check the houses in the Chisinau suburb (the capital), they'll be more expensive than that but still cheap by your standarda. I believe around 30k is a normal price for a modest two-stories house about 10-15km from Chisinau.
oldredder 8y ago
I'm a person who enjoys isolation. A vehicle is all that's needed to get somewhere else. Isolation is a heaven.
[deleted]
oldredder 8y ago
You'd save more with a hybrid. A pure electric vehicle has a huge electric cost and battery weight. A prius sounds much smarter.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
Internet is 12$ for 100mbps up/down, no limited traffic, no bullshit. For 15$ you'll get the best cable television and a cable phone, wi-fi router, etc. included in the deal.
In remote areas you have to check if the good companies have coverage, because fiberlink is expensive and they're far from covering the whole country. (They covered the village I grew up in, which is only 5k people, for some reason) Internet will not be a worry anyway.
Everything, everything is cheap, but you might encounter difficult, time consuming bureaucracy. Also a lot of people will try to make you pay bribes if you're a foreigner. Just act cool, refuse, threaten to call the anti corruption agency, it should be enough. Bribes won't be big anyway, you can negociate them down. They hope you're naive and scared and will pay with no resistence. Corruption is everywhere, you can use it to your advantage a lot. (Want your documents to be issued fast? Tip the person who's making them. You'll get them 10x as fast)
Gas is about a 1$/liter, which is 3.70$ per gallon. This is a small country though, not a lot of driving to be done. Geographically it's only 300km north to south and about 50km west to east. You'd probably never return your investment on solar panels and a tesla : )
Villages are very quiet and beautiful here btw, but they don't need to be far from a city for that. Plenty of forests around Chisinau with mini-villages (50-100 houses) of wealthy by Moldavian standards people.
destraht 8y ago
Moldova is a major joke of a country but they don't fuck around with Internet. I'm a programmist so that makes Tiraspol very viable for that reason, if they can mellow out as the crisis relaxes.

As long as you find a good source of income. A normal salary in Moldova is 300$, you wouldn't enjoy living on that.
The absolute majority of people are going to be bigoted against sexual minorities and the gypsies and they won't care about political correctness. We don't even know the term. Most will declare themselves Christian but honestly we're a lot less religious than Americans, except for people who are over 60.
They're also going to be super friendly to foreigners, especially Americans. Especially those that liked their country. Expect lots of invitations home, lots of food and lots of drinking. (Drinking is not optional)
Good luck whatever you decide to do. You'll have quite the cultural shock if you do come haha.

Only on trp.
I made a post a while back about how boring virgins are and how much work they take, how much they are like children. Really not worth it since I don't even do LTRs in the first place and I'm not attracted to frigid girls.
Half the people here are complaining it's hard to get laid with EE girls. Well yeah, that's how they maintain a low count, not evereyone's an easy slut and they won't fuck any random guy. (But I like sluts)
LionLaw 8y ago
I don't ever plan on getting married regardless of the woman and regardless of the country.
I can not imagine a worse hell than being forced to provide and support someone who is aging and steadily becoming more and more unattractive by the day, particularly when I myself look dam good and will continue to look dam good for at least another 30 years or so.
Men aren't meant (biologically) to stay with one woman, our genetics have a better chance of survival and being passed down if we have a harem
oldredder 8y ago
we are. I am.
Just women often are trained not to do so.
Monogamy is normal for 99% of humanity. Wired into us.
lala_xyyz 8y ago
If you want to have sons, you have to tolerate female companionship. It's a social contract. You're not with her 24/7 anyways.
In the "West" a large chunk of your income is stolen through taxes and given to women anyways. You support them whether you like it or not.
LionLaw 8y ago
No, I don't.
I plan on hiring a woman to carry a baby for me (this is an actual service now) and raising any children I have on my own.
I already have a comfortable enough lifestyle for myself and am in amazing physical shape, I don't need some leech that only offers me what I already get on a regular basis from my lifestyle.
I don't really plan on bringing too many children into this world anyway, quality>quantity
lala_xyyz 8y ago
Surrogate motherhood on a donor egg is not cheap. It's also illegal in many jurisdictions. Also, children in their early years need mother to bond with, and have access to breast milk for health reasons. Daughters also need mothers for guidance and imprinting of social values.
LionLaw 8y ago
I think I could raise my child very well on my own without the presence of a real mother figure.
Call me a narcissist if you want idk.
The main issue here is cost, but as I don't plan on having kids for another 10 years or so, I'm not really worried.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
Same here, I don't understand trp's fascination with LTRs even. Men need diversity above all.
A decent amount of Moldavian women would be ok with their husbands cheating as long as he provides for them and is there for the children, btw. They accept it as a fact of life, as an inevitability. Certainly not the majority, though.
Having the same woman around is very reasonable if you're raising a kid.
oldredder 8y ago
That diversity is a long-term threat to your long-term survival as you have too many women pawing at your resources and no way to control them from recruiting new boyfriends to help rob you.
iliketreeslikereally 8y ago
Eh, impregnate and abandon is pretty much a male sexual strategy; she can always find some other dude that'll take care of your genetic material.
oldredder 8y ago
that's opposite of having a harem too: impregnate & abandon means you need to roam and you can't roam with a harem in tow.
[deleted] 8y ago
Have you considered the longterm consequences of such behavior on society though? A society of fatherless abandoned kids = more crime, violence, degraded morality, and general fuckedupness. Not the kind of society that I'd want to live in..

chances_are_ur_a_fag 8y ago

Throwaway9665 8y ago
If you do the groundwork of finding a few off-the-beaten-path spots, getting familiar with the places, etc., you'll know what you're doing and where to go and you'll meet people you can talk to ahead of time. Bonus points if you can speak a language the girl doesn't know in front of her. Anglosphere* chicks on vacation are wanton sluts, that's the whole point of vacations, because every woman knows that calories and cocksucking don't count on vacation.
*Except for maybe Canadians, whom I have little knowledge of, and Australians, who are always fucking awesome, love to drink, and love to have a good time always and everywhere.
[deleted] 8y ago
I know exactly what you're talking about. I live in the U.S., but the culture I was raised around and still live in is so different from most of the men here. I've never seen a feminist until last week, actually. It was a skinny, 20-something year old white guy who went on and on about gender discrimination and rape culture to these Mexican girls. The Mexican girls he was talking to had no idea what he was saying.
"What is rape culture? Is this a recent thing?" "I don't know about any discrimination."
It was hilarious watching this guy try to explain feminism to some women that just didn't understand.
Now I'm not saying the women where I'm from are perfect, but I'm not running into the women the rest of you all are running into.

Although there are certain things I'm sure are different between women in the U.S. And women in Moldova, there are certain things that are inherently the same with all women everywhere, hence, AWALT. It means that although they grow up in different cultures and seemingly act entirely different, there are basic evolutionary traits that always exist. I have never been to Moldova, and therefore cannot speak to the state of women there, however I would bet that they follow the red pill a lot more closely than you think and you are just missing it.

Never said their nature was any different, just that in a society where everyone is aware of it, everything works out a lot better. And women actually cultivate traits that attract men, because they've been taught correctly which ones those are.

true but the real harm happens only when society permits it. When society does not permit it, each man has the strength of will & body to stop a woman's nonsense. It's only when society adds police forces, courts and taxation to rob you of your freedom, rights and money and even your children that the will of a woman is a problem.
She has no strength to fuck with your life until the state supports it.

The power of AWALT is very powerful.
Here I am recopying what I have posted on another thread.
In Slovakia, the Slovak guys complain about Slovak women and say how much better American women are :)
Here is a red pill pick up site for Slovak guys and an article why it's hard to pick up Slovak girls and guys should move abroad to pick up higher quality chicks: http://www.umeniezvadzania.sk/6-dovodov-preco-je-balit-baby-na-slovensku-najtazsie-v-europe/
The guy lists six reasons why picking up a Slovak chick is the hardest in Europe:
1) too few beautiful women
2) Slovakia doesn't have any huge city (since there is no big city, then the total number of hot girls is low)
3) too many golddiggers
4) no good nightclubs (too much sausage everywhere)
5) girls are too pessimistic
6) Slovak women don't have style
what should a guy do? move out of Slovakia to a country with better women - he mentions how some guy moved from Slovakia to the US (and another to London) and all of them were singing praises of the local women...
PS: in the comments the guy gets a lot of hate from local chicks and white knights, but also support from guys

How about Czech Republic? Most of my family lives over there, and I was thinking about going there for vacation to scope out the broads to compare.
JohnCashMoney 8y ago
Well the thing about Czech and Slovak girls is that they like foreign guys and hate their own guys. The same thing is going on for example with Swedish chicks. I was once told by a Swedish girl that she thinks Swedish guys are ugly and that she prefers foreign men. If you go to a place like that and you are a foreigner, then the normal rules that apply to local men don't apply to you.
The same chick will behave like shit to one guy, but then change completely for another guy.

I see.
My parents are both Czech, but I was born and raised in the states, so I am very Americanized. (accent etc)
Would that still be classified as foreign? Or are we talking about someone who's perhaps darker and not of Eastern European descent?
JohnCashMoney 8y ago
Depends on how well you speak Czech :) I have a similar background as you and I got the local treatment, but my language level is native. I got much better results when the girls thought I was a foreigner. However with girls, it's often an individual thing, so things like your looks, your status, your social circle, your game...etc. will come into play. I am of the opinion that AWALT applies everywhere... you just have to play to your advantages.
And yes, if you look darker, especially Italian or Latino, you will have a huge advantage, since Czech girls for some reason have a huge fetish for guys from the south.

I just came back from Prague. Highly recommended. I'd like to live there for a couple years some time.

That just doesn't make sense to put the US in the same category as Slovakia and London. Its this tragic mistake of seeing them all as "countries". Lets send that guy to North Dakota out in the middle of nowhere and see how he likes the fatties who eat out of a can. Even then, London is a city and North Dakota is an entire territory/country/state.
mrrooftops 8y ago
slovakia is a country. And to most, London is too (compared to the rest of UK)
oldredder 8y ago
No, the US is a country with its own silly culture and is obviously absurd from the outside view.
destraht 8y ago
There are still a lot of subcultures there and comparing a continental sized territory to a fucking single European city is incredibly ambiguous.
