I'm a recovering addict, so had another week clean. Approaching two and a half years. That's always big to remember.
Wrote out my purpose, mission, and decided goals for all areas in my life, that will allow me to keep my strengths in action. Mental, emotional, spiritual, relationships, physical, study, career, recreational and creative.
Keeps my goals all processed based and outcome independent. All intrinsic and not extrinsic. Control what I can, and let results come.
Got to gym 4 times, awesome therapist once.
Had the 8.5 blonde I'm seeing tell me all about her crazy ex who continued to try and harrass her, and another ex who keeps professing his love for her. She's in another state at the moment, where I'll be in a month.
Sat back and kept frame, as always, while she sent me dozens of naked pics every day, and told me how I'm going nut all over her face whenever I want, once I've moved. Hahaha...sorry to her ex's...

I like this thread idea. I don't know about the girl aspect. I've pretty much made up my mind about "Yeah don't shit where you work" My main concern now is how to not make work awkward. I don't know where else to socialize. I'm somewhat stranded in a state that I'm not from and I don't have a car/things are far away but bars/clubs are a thing... just have to plan to not get too wasted and get lost/end up arrested without friends.
I stopped beating it for like 5 whole days, well stopped watching porn which made me beat it less. This made me so unable to concentrate/do anything. I just kept obsessing about real women (sounds bad). I wouldn't say that's what led me to ask this girl out. I had to resume the porn to be able to code/focus again. What led me to ask this girl out (aside from the desire all along (months bad)) is that I was extremely sleep deprived (30+hrs) that's why I want to be financially independent/free as I can't guarantee my own sleep pattern. But I have to clock in regardless. My own fault.
I abandoned my Saas project (CSV to api) doxxable again... I got sick for a whole week and just kept sleeping after getting home from work. The 1 hr a day became too much eg. in deficit of 20+ hrs
Goal
Get a real job, like a full time dev position not be scared of going homeless because I'm so poor
I'm looking forward to next week, do I still have my day job, can I look her in the face?

-Put a few hours on my day off to learn how to sample music tracks, combining them, etc. -"Ran" 3 miles for the first time in a while. Ankles and feet were and are still not cooperating with me, so taking it really easy and getting a lot of rest -Went to the gym 6 times this week, walk a mile everyday as the bare minimum, no matter what -Tried to hook up with some chick I met, didn't go through, glad to get that out of my chest -Work on decompressing at the end of each day and meditating/silence and reviewing lessons learned and possibly learn for future implementation

Writing- I have never been a good writer. I have been posting on reddit more often to improve my writing skills.
Diet- Following a strict Keto diet. Lost 3 lbs (I know much of it is water weight) but still improvement nevertheless.
Reading- I finally finished The millionaire next door. A great book which really open my eyes to the importance of living below your means.
Overall pretty productive week. Just have to stay consistent.

Fitness - Finished my bulk and I have started Keto + fasting and I'm shedding weight with amazing results. Still doing 5x5 + hyperthrophy but the diet change is definitely noticeable in my energy levels through out the day and in the gym. I'm loading up on caffeine to double the dosage (400mg) through out the day.
Education - University is starting next week and I'm feeling fresh, and eager to learn.
Mental - relapsed nofap two days ago from a three week streak. Started re-reading the sidebar and old trp top posts.
Social - met a potential plate through a mutual friend and we're meeting up tomorrow for a drink.

Don't do keto if you want to keep muscle. You want to keep muscle and have a cut look, eat keto like, limit carbs, eat small amounts of protein and fats every few hours and make sure to be in deficit calories. You also have to exercise like you were bulking which is hard while in deficit. You'll get tired fast. Fasting is the quickest way to hit keto but you'll lose a lot of muscle along with fat. I'd only recommend keto if you are overweight and try to lose 20+ pounds. Look up ways to keep muscle and lose fat.

HGH is released whilst lifting in a fasted state.
Keto and fasting are both tools. Lifting whilst fasting may not yield the biggest visual gains but it will reduce the effect hypertrophy will have for the muscle you do have.

Going to start throwing more cardio mornings into my weeks moving forward, nothing like a good workout session in the morning to really get you going and wake up the mind.

Fitness: I've been on 100 push-ups a day since mid January, only taking breaks on Saturdays and Sundays. This week was no different, I just haven't seen a lot of progress, so I ordered a dumbbell from eBay.
Diet: Oatmeals (a lot) for breakfast after workout and carbs + proteins in the evening. I eat twice a day. Lost 6 pounds since last month. I still don't know what to eat to gain muscle. Quit drinking completely, wasn't really much of a drinker before.
Social: Overcome my shyness, saying hi to everyone I meet. I am yet to ask a lady out though (saving that for after my dental work this summer)
Education: still surviving though (good enough, not great).

Thanks but I live in an apartment complex and there's just nowhere to hang them. I plan on moving once my lease is up. Until then I might have to manage with my dumbbell. I can't believe I wasted 2 months on bodyweight exercises.

Got serious about my nutrition and exercise. Bought a kitchen scale, pressure cooker. Made a meal plan, and have been doing meal prep. Unplugged the TV. Started reading more. Went to a good barber. Put effort into looking my best every day.

Today marks 135 day of not watching porn or masturbating. Have been missing gym because of flu for last week, so tomorrow first back day in a while. My rank got 4 from 1 in weekly tests, Id like to blame the flu for it but I don't like to make excuses so will take full responsibility. Girls in college still try to make their moves but I'm literally not interested in any relationship at the moment or ever in my life. Gotta grind one more year till graduation.

Does this actually work? I'm not attacking you. Whenever I try it seems there is this wall/threshold you gotta get past. (# of days recently for me I couldn't get past 5) so distracted.
I'm tempted to take estrogen or something to kill my libido as the whole female thing just sucks/hurts really and it's so distracting. But the thought of losing my body oh man... I've got the v, abs, lats broad shoulders... it's my mind man. My mind sucks.
Granted it would be living a lie wouldn't it (on my end) if I took that route "chemical castration" hahaha. I mean I would rather actually pound than convince myself that I don't need to pound.

I also work "from home" but I make a point of always going to the local university or cafe to get work done. Add in the gym, bjj, and classes, and the only time i'm at home is to eat, sleep, or take my dog out.

Just started reading TRP this week
Physical: started to research what to eat and when to eat, what type of exercise is best and how to do them.
Mental: constantly reading everything that is posted here and the side bar. Takes time to assimilate and will probably take more reads.
Espiritualy: im a christian and will always be a christian by decisión. So its hard to assimilate TRP. Still working out on how it will go.
Education: just finished exams it could have gone better but its okay with mostly in the 80-90 range.
Women: Im your basic definition of a nerd so theres 0 here.

Fitness: Hit the gym everyday for the 2nd week in a row. 5x5 on Mon/Wed/Fri HIIT on Tues/Thurs. Lost 1.1lbs.
Social: Got a couple of numbers from from my 2nd job (I drive a shuttle around the airport) great place to meet women from all over. Met up with one during her 'business' trip. F-closed. Took an old plate's sister out for a motorcycle ride. She got hooked. Lots of kino, traded numbers.
Finance: Tackling my student loan debt. This thing is another beast.
Mental: Started reading RM's Preventative Medicine.

TRP Weekly Improvement: Good:
Started low-carb/keto.
My cut ain't going fantastic (hence introduction of stricter carb-intake), however I've hit PRs in my compound lifts over the last couple of weeks.
Acquaintences have been unreceptive to any attempt I've made to socialize, even though these attempts have just been grabbing a pint. Usually, this would bring me down, however my attitude toward this has been "they're missing out, fuck 'em, I got plenty of my own shit to get on with", which I think is important since I'm currently in a place of physical scarcity, but feel I'm beginning to develop a mentality of abundance.
I've stopped consuming so much TRP material. I'm not in a great life situation to practise game, yet I've still been reading FR after FR and other stuff here and on /seduciton. This does nothing but add unnecessary pressure onto myself. This has made me appreciate that action should always be greater than or equal to information consumption. I'm therefore putting developing game on the backburner until I'm back at Uni. I will of course practise it every time I'm out or whenever I head to a city.
Sorting out solo-trip for Easter. I've been invited to go to Ibiza with 'the lads', however I feel a solo-trip doing something adventurous will be more rewarding and satisfying than getting smashed 7 days in a row trying to get gash..
Began reading The Daily Stoic and filling the journal alongside. I'm finding that having something small to practise each day is more beneficial to developing a mindset rather than consuming a shit-tonne of information and trying to memorize it all and carry it out. I find the latter actually adds anxiety because you don't feel like you're living up to the expectation you had when consuming the information.
Bad:
Porn and masturbation has crept back into my life. This must - and will - stop, since I was going hard on NoFap for a good amount of time, and going back to watching porn a couple of times has made me re-appreciate the futility in watching such shit.
For some reason I'm awaking every night in need of a piss. Registered to my local doctor's to get this checked out as it's causing me to become very tired throughout each day and, due to also being on a cut, causing me to feel weak/fatigued.
Missed BJJ 2 weeks in a row. 1st time due to anxiety/poor mindset, second due to fatigue. Invalid excuses, but I find it difficult to get my ass down there sometimes.

I installed a full Olympic weightlifting set in my apartment. I have a squat rack, bench, 45# barbell, 305#'s of weights. The extra 5 were from 4, 1.25# plates so I can gradually add weight...I'm 45 and not a big dude, so it's important to ramp carefully.
I didn't come into this weak, by any stretch, but I am absolutely hooked on lifting now.

On squat/bench/row days, hang off the pull up bar for extra pump....on squat/ohp/DL days, hold myself above rings in a dip position for extra pump. I won't attempt a ring dip until I can hold above the rings about 5 minutes and turn them in and out...I'm in my mid fucking 40's, I'm in no rush.

I have never had more friends than now. I used to spend my evenings alone watching netflix or playing videogames. Suddenly, I've got two or three different offers to go out with people every night. It must have something to do with the redpill. I think the confidence boost made me more likable. Plated a pretty american girl. I talk to a few other girls, I know I could bang them if I tried hard. Stil no models, but abundance mentality feels good.
But I'm so tired... I almost fainted during a presentation today. I need to learn to say no to people who want to see me, to rest. A weird thing, knowing where I come from. But all that frame keeping and constant concentration on improvement are also very exhausting. I hope it'll get easier later, because I can't keep on like that all year.

Got a job and going to start a gym at the beginning of March, been training at least an hour a day with high intensity routines at home and starting to see some results in my body, completely changed my diet (now I only eat meat, fish, brocoli, spinach, nuts, red grapes, protein snacks and a lot of eggs, only drinking water). Taking a different approach at talking to people and girls to seem more natural and less needy and we could say that it paid of kinda, lost my virginity, was pretty shit because the girl was a living ameba who turn me off in a way that I didn't believe that existed but that made me realize that I should not be focusing on pussy and instead doing it with my life and self improvement, almost reaching 2 weeks in nofap and feeling better and happier than ever before, I'm fucking pumped and with a lot of motivation to push even harder. I already set an agenda for when I start university again so I will go to work (4 hours between this and college) , then the gym for an hour or hour and a half then study for the day and finally college rinse and repeat, going out in weekends and study a little more (maybe read all the trp posts of the week).

Thinking on my spendings of the past week i think you can have the diet i described for 50$ more or less, it depends on the amount you eat each day (Reminder that i live in the third highest inflation country in the world so in the US it should be less expensive, also 2nd best meat in the world :p).

Fitness - My routine has been a little iffy for the past month as I lift at my school so as days when school is closed the weight room is as well but the worst seems to be over now.
Mental - Ordering some books so I will be able to start reading daily pretty soon hopefully. Lowered masturbating to every other day from daily with the goal being able to totally ween myself off of it.
Education - School is going good grades wise except for English which I have an essay due soon and am trying to get it done.
Social - (Note: I am a high schooler 16 yrs old) Got a whole new wardrobe instead of my old athletic tees clothing stye. I feel so much more comfortable and my confidence is slowly rising. Haven’t used social media for over a year now and have officially blocked it on my just to get rid of any temptations I may have to see how much better I think everyone else’s lives are going compared to mine which may be some of my issue.
Women - Along with social I feel more confident talking to women but not in a flirty way. I have this horrible oneitis which I feel I am making a breakthrough as of a few days ago. I’m still feeling trapped in an anger phase however and I just want this pain to go away.

RP for 3 months. Reading Starting Strength these days. Gym 5 or 6 times a week. See my abs, my veins, all muscle. I am very impressed with my physical self. 6' and 185lbs - 40 yrs old. Having issues approaching girls but managed to approach a couple in the last month. Got to do better! I am starting to meet random folks using the Meet'up app. Volleyball and beers tonight, comedy club tomorrow. Might buy a car this week-end, as well as a living room and bedroom (left my wife 3 months ago) - that's exciting.

By coincidence saw and read trp article about 5 stages of trp. Wasn't really here a long time after I read Rollo Tomassi articles and got mad at women.
After that long time realized, that not the women are to blame, but my unwillingness to admit their nature and to grow. I think I am getting out of an anger stage and am really happy about it.
Going to a club today to check how far I am able to get. Still got some muscles from last year gym and hope it helps. But also got a lot of fat and need to start taking my runs more seriously.

Best. Week. Ever.
-I went out dancing, where three different girls were absolutely obsessed with me.
-I met a whole bunch of new people, who have goals, are interesting, and respect me. Never had good friends before.
-Got an insane amount of work done. Perfected my book, networked with professors who wrote great novels, and sent a whole bunch of pitches. Got acting down too!
-Lifted heavy 6 days of the week, bulk went well, and I never fell short of my goals, in the gym or on my plate.
-Did well in classes

The past week was the worst week I had in a long time:
Didn't hit the Gym. Didn't learn for a very important exam (IELTS). Overslept until 8-9 am (I normally woke up around 7 am) or woke up at 7 and stayed in bed until 8-9 . Eaten shitty foods (especially sweets). Wasn't social in some situations, even though I could have been. Started gaming again (not the good type of gaming). Neglected in some ways hygiene. Stopped dating ("I need to learn for the exam, I don't have time for girls"-I'm impressed how I lie to other people and myself). I still don't have a job, although I did some progress in some areas towards this, I neglected others (IELTS). I binge listen to music and I feel that I can't do anything without doing it. Watched a lot of porn. I isolated myself at home and didn't got out.
There ware a only a few good things that I did: finished reading a book (Metro 2033), started to do voluntary work at a local hospital, signed up for an accountant course maintained my room clean.
To sum, I was a lazy and unmotivated fuck this week and the week before. What do you guys do to overcome laziness ? Please give me some good advice, I can't take it anymore.

Fitness: -Been Keeping track of my Body weight, Water weight %, Muscle Weight % and Body Fat %. Here are the highlights since January 8. — just to give you context, I’m 5’8”, African-Caribbean with an athletic build. — Started At 168.8 lbs, 19.8% body fat, 57.7% muscle weight, and 46.7% water weight. — Today: 161.4 lbs, 17.5% Body fat, 59.2% water weight, 47.3% muscle weight. — Since Jan 8, I’ve been lifting, swimming and playing soccer at least 3 times a week trying to lower my body fat and increase my muscle weight.
Education: — I’ve started the semester off right. I’m taking 20 credit hours and in all my classes (with one exception) I have an A+, but it’s just the beginning.
Mental: — Started to meditate every day for 6 days before I go to bed, helps me sleep — Finished reading no more Mr. Nice Guy, tough read because of how much I saw myself in the nice guy. Will read again.
Social — I’ve been severely lacking in this department. — Went on a date Thursday to see Black Panther, was high and felt like a beta the whole time. — Should’ve kissed her halfway during the date (felt the tension but hesitated). Left with only a kiss on the cheek. — I masturbated for the first time in week, not to porn but to random thoughts of girls I’ve been with. — Been reading the red pill more often, but am currently struggling with women. — But it’s not all bad! Haven’t touched alcohol in 2 months!!!

I am doing fantastic, but I need to be brutally honest about some shortcomings. I will be focusing mostly on the negative here today.
ALCOHOL - I write this first because this is my problem. 4ish nights a week going to bed after drinking a few beers to too many beers. This is me giving into short term pleasure long term damage.
Fitness: down 20ish lbs in 2 months. Working out 6 days a week. Feeling great during the day.
Diet: going pretty solid here, just need to quit drinking.
Plates: flirting with lots of girls, but I need to promote some to plate, because of budding oneitis (it's not terrible but I feel it).
At night I am constantly anxious, with nothing to be anxious for. I believe Its the 200 mg caffeine pre workout fall out (I work out after work @ 5ish). Though not sure. I will beat it, but this feeling is what has led me to my drinking.

How many prospects do you have? Don't take too long to plate them.
It's definitely the caffeine, cut it and try instead to do warmups like jog, row, bike before your workouts.

I have one very strong prospect, comes up to me and compliments me daily at the gym, teases me etc. I give it right back. There is another, but I'm not really interested in her, but my plate just because.
And yes I will try and cut back by half today and see how that feels.

How many interactions have you had with each one? Set up a date with each of them already. Plate both of them even if you don't really like the other one. You want to have options, you can keep them plated while still gaming other women and once you have another plate then great you'll have 3. You can drop the one you really don't like at that point. Keep in mind that once you close with a woman don't allow yourself to stop opening and closing other ones. Cop and blow is the name of the game.

Also maybe workout earlier. Working out elevate your cortisol for around 4 hours. Which makes sleeping harder.

Posting after a while, should have been more regular. Way more regular.
Went 3x to the gym this week, after missing a week because I wasn't in town. Will do tomorrow as well.
New project I started on at my internship isn't as bad as I thought. Gonna have to earn that paycheck, while boosting up my CV in a way that looks good. It's a product implementation, but very UI based, and in a language I've never used before. I was jealous of some other guy getting an ML project because he had a friend already working in that, but it turns out theire work is boring as hell. Lessons learned: 1) Grass looks greener, and grinding is not as bad as you think. 2) If you want it, ask for it. Show initiative. Even in the project I'm working on, making suggestions and personal recommendations goes a long way with my mentor. My career is solely my own responsibility, and leaving things up to chance or others is inviting trouble. Thankfully this is only an internship, and a testing ground for all kinds of experiments.
And..the hard part, no headway with girls. Social life is up and running, but it's mostly with guy friends. Way, way more initiative needed here.

The common TRP philosophy when it comes to friends is to "ditch" them once you become RedPilled and find a new group. They're past perception of you, and their new perception of you is going to conflict. They're going to hate you for no reason for it. (Cognitive dissonance) They're recognizing you moving up the social ladder and it's engendering envy.

I did this when I was younger in high school. I kind of felt shitty about it. Deep down I'm torn between being a natural nice guy or the alpha that I wish to be.
I had separate groups of friends (one of my flaws is I try to appease everyone I meet) so when I was moving up the chain (skater kids) I abandoned my older/original friends to be with these kids who were mixing with hotter girls too ah man...

I'll have to do it too, most probably. Most of my friends talk all the time how they wanna go out and hit the chicks all night, but when we go out they just drink and hang out with other guys, they behave either very strange around girls or go full silent mode. They trash talk about women and girls hear that shit.

Starting reading TRP a couple weeks ago.
Began reading Marcus Aurellius.
Graduating with an English degree isn't a waste. Was offered my first post graduation job. It is exactly what I want.
Started a new workout routine. I'm sore but it's working.
Stopped smoking weed daily and I can feel the difference.
My epilepsy medication is controlling my seizures and my memory is improving.
I need to work on my social side. My eye contact with passing girls is improving but I'm still holding myself back. Any suggestions?

Been training hard all winter for this years Obstacle Course Race season. I'm signed up for America's Toughest Mudder next weekend, it's a midnight-8am obstacle course race.
One area I need to improve: the tendency to start projects before others are finished. Next few weeks I'll be making some tough choices about which sunk costs to abandon, in order to pay better attention to a smaller number of projects.

Diet: stopped eating bread and carbs (bc i kept hearing how bad it is for us) eating mostly meat and greens. lots of protein with cows milk (to make up for lack of bread). hardly drinking coffee lately, mostly tea
Physical: good! looking great and still gaining weight. weighing in at about 165 up from 145. been lifting 5x5’s with added olympic rings and hang cleans.
Spiritual: oh boy :) LSD on tuesday has me considering things like quiting cannabis for the meantime to focus on [c l a r i t y]
mental: picked up another copy of the Meditations by Marcus Aurelius, also reading Jordan Peterson’s 12 Rules for life
women: there’s this girl my old BP self would go all oneities for but smarter than that now. I barely give her my attention. she hits me to hang out. keeping distance. need to work on escalating with her

I took a challenge amongst myself on my 23rd birthday that i’d (mgtow without knowing it) “give up girls” and sex and focus on myself for a year. looking back I start to notice these bits of TRP flaking off at times. my 24th birthday is in just weeks. the weather is starting to warm up. maybe it’s time get get out there, approaching and getting numbers. let the good times roll

I work with her so that's a thing. don't shit where you eat right, right? kind of the reason I haven't pushed for anything. but I hang out with her and I don’t text her. she’s hit me up for “yoga?” and i’ll respond for logistics, did hot yoga with her a couple days ago (yeah). she's HOT by my own definition which is good. plenty of ioi's. I do simple shit with her like go to the park and lay in the grass under a sunny sky. that's the kind of stuff I wanna do on my own, so its nice to find someone similar. took her to dinner for her bday which went really well. it was actually my “first date” with her. haven’t done a dinner date since. she’s low maintenance I guess. she’s a little different. not into the same shit most broads are in these days which is a huge breathe of fresh air. but she's still a girl, she seems to respond well to the RP things I give a go. I keep thinking to myself "no matter how innocent she may seem, she still wants to get piledrived on the couch"

I don't mean to cast doubt/my own misfortune (or is it ineptitude)
I'm currently suffering from this aftereffect right now when a girl rejects you haha. My case I was like "hey when are you off, Monday, I am too (I know sounds desperate)" See a movie... yes sounds good I should get your number to schedule... got number... turns out it's fake hahaha.
Another red flag but on the plus side, I got over this wall after months of working together. My life is littered with cringe moments though with girls, it's bad.
Now I gotta go deal with this tomorrow going into work. I was going to "do the thing of not calling/texting till a day later or whatever" but I tried it and know it's fake ahh... damn.
So that's my experience man, one fellow human, granted I am not a smooth criminal, can't moonwalk into her pants. I may have moonwalked into welfare. Nah I didn't do anything bad just I'm preparing for that awkwardness, already binging... reading "ignore" is the consensus.
Funny this happened to me a few months back except I was the girl, and this girl was the guy, I turned her down. Just acted like nothing happened granted the girl was not attractive so...

Another thing, avoid the milk you normally get in the market. It's filled with artifical chemicals and other crap. If you have to use milk, buy organic milk instead. Best is to go to your local dairy farmer and buy from them, but if you can't then buy organic milk instead. I personally make do with nut milks (almond, coconut, or cashew milk).

ooo I love the almond & cashew milks. I used to drink lots of soy but apparently it’s bad? i’ll stop drinking the cheap milk my mother buys and continue getting my own organic milk. I had a feeling that was the best route. but the half gallons of organic is about $3.50 (sometimes more) vs the .69¢ gallons she finds at aldi’s or whatever

FYI you can also use almond or coconut Milk mixed with some protein powder and you might be able to leave milk altogether.

I personally prefer almond flour tortillas made by a company called Siete. But it should be easy to find multi-grain tortillas in supermarkets. I'd use those.

My 4th week of proactive TRP, one month so far, now aiming for 12m.

Reflections: Keeping consistency is way harder than doing few things in a single day. For now it's kind of everyday struggle of my awareness and laziness, the 10% of the brain that thinks about the future and the rest that DGAF about it. Need to develop self rewarding loops that'd help me to keep up the good work. For now I need to remind myself about LT goals to keep on track with then.

Got a 7-3:30 M-F full time job in a transmission shop making the most money I’ve ever made at a job with certain opportunities to multiply what I now make.
Learned how to disassemble transmissions and am keeping my boss very impressed with progress for someone coming in with zero background knowledge. Cut and dinged up my hands a lot, but they’re becoming stronger and more resilient than they have ever been.
Going to school M-Th 6-11.m to become a diesel technician. Currently up to date on all work. Likely have the highest grades among my slacker classmates.
Moved out of bronze and all the way to silver 3 in league of legends ranked while being a casual player.
It’s been a good week time for a well deserved weekend.
