First, yes SOME women can be evil. So, it is not nice that you are judging all women based on just your experience. It is like me saying all men cheat. But not all of them cheat. So, this situation is not about being a woman, it is about character of a person.

Secondly, you are nearly true about this. Not all women but nearly 80 percent of women will never be okey with only sex. If a woman with a decent character does not want this kind of relationship, she tells you that.

Long story short, if I were you, I would not tell about my situation to a random girl who I get involved for only sex.

Keep in mind that's important to look at things through multiple frames to avoid tunnel vision.

You're viewing your current work issue through a TRP lense, which is fine, to a degree, as it certainly has components of that and you broke a cardinal rule which was showing weakness to women.

However you should also consider frames that aren't even on the TRP or gender axis. For example it's not really your fwb or even the unsympathetic women in HR that's the problem here, it's that I'm guessing you live in a country with very little worker protections and almost no recourse to challenge your termination. You think being automatically fired for receiving a second unconfirmed sexual harassment complaint is unfair? If you live in the US At-Will employment allows your company to fire you literally because the sky is blue. In other words they don't need any reason at all.

So take some time and chew on that for a while and you may notice that it's interesting the way in which we process our problems based not on critical thought so much as what happens to be on our minds at the time. Because the logical leap to connect your employment issue with your fwb was substantially larger than simply recognizing that you work within a corrupt system that fails to afford you the rights and protections you should have.

Set up a new Gmail account with a fake name.

Send an anonymous complaint in on yourself.

Then when they go to bring you into HR, show them that it was you that sent it in just so they see how ridiculous their whole system is.

Also find out if your state is a one party consent State as far as audio recording goes. If it is secretly audio record all of your interaction with HR.

It is astounding how fast a woman will drop you if you start showing weakness and uncertainty. I did this with one casual GF who was getting very clingy, and 24 hours later she gave me the talk. I once opened up for my brother. Low and behold: he abused it a couple of years later when we got in to a petty argument. He had thus kept this detail about me in his back head for years, just in case he need to hurt me sometime.

Years ago I was a manager at a store. One of our male employees was young and good looking. One of the female employees was overweight and unattractive and had visible acne scars all over her face. She was about 21. She was also the daughter of someone higher up in head office. One day some ex-school friends she knew called out "Hey *****!" to her and she waved to them and called out "Hi!" and they said "Ya fat pig!" and laughed. I felt sorry for her.

Anyway an attractive young girl started as a temp at our store. The young guy was obviously interested in her and paid her a lot of attention. Within a couple of weeks he was reported for "sexual harassment" of the pretty girl. HR (Who were staffed almost exclusively by women, only the head of HR was male) called the young guy into head office to explain his behaviour and told him a complaint had been made about him; that he had sexually harassed this young girl.

He denied it vehemently and wanted to know who made the complaint (I think he thought it was me ...as I was the store manager.) They refused to tell him and called the pretty girl in to corroborate the story. She said yes, he had been persistently asking her out....and she had said yes. They had been on a date.

After that everything collapsed, and it came out that it was not the girl who had made the complaint, or me, but...overweight girl. She had seen the persistent attention and flirting and complained "on behalf of" this young girl, because "I thought she was being harassed". The young guy then threatened to sue them for harassment but everything was quickly hushed up. Why they didn't talk to the girl before speaking to him I have no idea and it seems incredibly stupid and presumptuous of guilt but hey, you know, "just believe".

Years later I wound up working for her dad in head office and she was still getting special treatment. And still useless. And unpopular. She told me once privately her own mother didn't like her. I really wanted to tell her I empathised but I managed to stay silent.
