I wanted to get some feedback on my physique. Feel free to tell me what you think and what you think women would think. You can also rate me on a scale 1-10.
For info: I'm 22, weigh 70 kg, 1.85 m. I do 2 full body workouts per week, go once to boxing and once to a dance course. I take creatine and a bit of protein powder. I've also put more effort into my arms since december. While neglecting my abs, only do some crunches in the boxing training. When we're closer to summer I'll put some more effort again into that.
I'd also like to get some feedback on my facial aesthetics. If you're down, I'd send you a link for that in DMs.

Lean and defined. You should lean bulk for a while, but lean is still attractive.

Pretty good progress. Obviously keep lifting because you're still in developing stages of getting jacked. But you quite obvious are making gains and on the right track. You just need to be bigger. Your back could definitely use more development most of your apparent progress is in the chest and arms

Agree with this. You're doing well, but do focus on your back. Not only for aesthetics, but if your gains are unbalanced you're more prone to injury because opposing muscle groups are not balanced strength-wise.
I'd probably give you higher than a 4 though :-) If you're on a beach, I'd say 7-8. With clothes the key is tight fitting. They don't have to be spandex tight. Just fitted enough that it's clear you're in shape.

I think you meant to reply to OP and not me

Sounds reasonable. I thought my back was alright, but more work can't harm I guess.
I think a 4 sounds fair. I live in an european country where there are not that many overweight ppl so competition is more stiff here.

Cool. It's great to hear that my efforts pay off so far. How would you rate my body in terms of attractiveness from 1-10 at this point?
Vermillion-Rx Admin 1mo ago
It's hard to rate you because women are attracted to men differently than men perceive women should be attracted to men.
So instead I'll rate you on a 1-10 would I be worried about this guy if he walked into the room scale. 1: not worried. 10: shitting bullets
I would rate a 4. Your physique is good but with a shirt on you walk into the room and I'm really not worried
Boosted_Arrow 1mo ago
Fair.
I figured the same. My body looks quite good, but with a shirt on it doesn't look as impressive.
Vermillion-Rx Admin 1mo ago
Not a bad thing. Women should still be able to tell on you as long as your shirt isn't too baggy. However you'll need more progress for it to be obvious

That's true. My goal is to hit 75 - 80 Kgs.
Btw. would you also give me some feedback on my facial aesthetics? I'd send you a link in the DMs. Like that I know where I stand with my looks as a whole.

You can DM me the link. I never share users faces etc

Good lean muscle nice pronounced chest and defined arms. If you don't already make sure you do some legwork and just keep going and aim at building more muscle up while staying lean.
Boosted_Arrow 1mo ago
I do squats. My legs are used the whole week in boxing/dancing so destroying them in the gym is currently not an option.
What do you think about my arms? In my eyes they're skinny. In the pic where I flex them they look decent.
Diabs 1mo ago
Your arms are defined and I can see the muscle separation plus your side delt protruding. What you're doing is working just aim on getting bigger 80 kilos you would like nice and big if you stay lean
Gilles 1mo ago
Lean > anything. You're doing well
joyboy 1mo ago
Add some mass to arms and hit back to get a more pronounced v taper. Chest, shoulders, and everything else seems solid.

Skinny. You look like you’re coming off a cut. Eat more. Figure out your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) and track calories to end up around 200-400 calories above that per day.
You can get 3 in, no? If so, that extra day can be upper body only.
If you can only do two a week, and your goal is to increase your proportionality and looks, i would also change it up to a heavily upper body focused workout.
Eg. Bench -> pull ups -> tricep/bicep superset -> lateral raises -> squats/leg press
More ab training will be a comparative waste of time. See above

I've actually kinda been 'bulking' since october or so. It's very difficult for me to gain weight that stays longterm. My starting weight was 67 kg and I dropped to that again twice when I got sick in november and in february. I also count calories with MyFitnessPal. My goal is to hit 75-80 kg eventually.
I'll have to see if I can get a third workout in timewise. My workout is like 95% upper body, I only do squats for legs on one day currently. Doing more would tire my legs too much for dancing and boxing.
coolsocks00 1 1mo ago
Sounds good. Once you're weighing and tracking you should have that under control. What remains is the discipline to keep going. If you get sick or otherwise eat less for a few days, you gotta catch up on those lost calories.
It's fine to eat some more pallatable "junk" food sometimes if you must. Just getting the food amounts in will help raise your appetite so you can eat more but cleaner later. I dont mind grabbing some burgers at a fast food joint, but will stay off the fries and shakes etc.Try to get 1.6 grams of protein per kg bodyweight per day as well.

For some reason I'm plateauing rn at 70-71 kg. Most of my weight gains seem to be only the foods in my stomach. I don't know why my body doesn't integrate the weight. My protein intake should be about 120-140 grams/day, so almost 2g/kg bodyweight. I'd also up that a bit and might use some weightgainer. My dad's a pastry chef so I can also get a lot of high calorie food with lots of carbs/sugar. (not too often to avoid diabetes.)
Also, would you be down to rate my facial aesthetics, I'd send you a link in the DMs.
coolsocks00 1 1mo ago
Either your intake is lower than you think, or your energy expenditure is higher than you think, or a combination. Just increase your daily intake by a little bit until you're seeing steady gains. Dont look for reasons that arent there.
I'd save my money, as anything more is just expensive calories.
Sure

A lot depends on where you want to be. Personally, I would say you are fine for the majority of women there is nothing here not to like. More is not needed I think, unless you gave certain goals of performance or aesthetic.
