I injured my left foot last Monday playing basketball. So I have a tiny fracture which means I have to take a month off. What do I do instead. Now all I have been doing is playing vidya every night before the injury 4-5 nights a week I was in the gym.

I call bullshit. Plenty of upper-body work you could be doing - dumbbell exercises, pull-ups, dips, etc.
The fact you said “vidya” tells me you’re a bloopie that was already gaming every night and probably never went to the gym anyway.
