Hey all/ So basically I’ve been bulking for the past 4-6 months and I’ve gotten from 68kgs to 75kg (178cm). I’ve also been following the bulk routine on bodybuilding.com during this time. My lifts are bp:122 lbs, squat: 188lbs, ohp: 88 lbs, dL: 132 lbs. I would say I’m bf 20%+ since although I have a pretty defined upper body (except abs area) and lower body, I do still have fat. I know my TDEE is around 2596 cals with 84-fat, 160-pro, 300-carb and tbh I haven’t been following it well. My question is, should I continue to bulk (my initial goal was to get to 82 and cut to 79) or should I cut to whatever muscle I have and bulk again during next winter? Thanks/
