I'm bulking for 10 months now, weigh 80kg (176lbs) and my high is 1.83 (6ft), I believe my body fat is 20-23% and I don't know if to cut or continue to balk. I love feeling big, as 1 year ago I was a skinny pencil, I fit my sleeves and my chest and back are big, love it, but I have a belly, no abs, no love handles, I don't mind that at all tbh, but I do care about my results with women and would love to max them. what do you think, lose some size and muscle and do a cutting phase or stay big for some time? cuz my confident is pretty high, my messy beard and big body changed my mindset a lot, I deadlift and bench high weights and would'nt want to lose that too, just love it.
And I think women dig that "idgaf about my belly and untrimmed beard" alot more than "my abs are sexy and defiend" tbh.

20-23% body fat for a male is fat territory. You should be cutting until you are 12% and bulk again up to 17-18%. Then cut back to 10-12%.

Most girls will like a leaner guy. If I were you I'd cut to 12-13% and then bulk up to 17-18% and back down just like this guy mentioned.

Continue to bulk and keep training for strength, those are horrible, especially if you’re thinking on going on a cut, you’ll lose at the bare minimum 20lbs on each of those lifts.

For how ever long just try not to go higher in body fat. Aim for at least 2 plates on the bench press, 3 plates on squat and 4 plates on deadlifts. (When I say plates I mean 45lbs plates). Those are the average personal records.

Do 5.5lbs every workout. You’re a beginner and you will double your progress. You can try a recomp if you don’t want more fat. Look it up.
When you hit intermediate lifts should ypu only consider to change to a weekly progression.

If you want to bulk for 10 months go ahead , even if you bulk on a clean diet you will put on fat regardless.
I personally would rather bulk up by eating a lot or a dirty bulk and then go on velocity diet or keto with a caloric deficit.

I would keep doing what you're doing and maybe add a little more protein to your diet. Then at the end of each workout try some hiit or other cardio. You're still on beginners gains so you might be able to add a little muscle while dropping a few pounds of fat. Especially since it sounds like your metabolism is probably pretty high.

Something isn't adding up here. You must be taking in a ton of carbs or something if you're doing that much cardio. You might want to check your macros. Just google macro diet. I'd keep the protein up or maybe increase it a little.

You don't need to bulk/cut if you're not doing steroids.
Just maintain a positive nitrogen balance while being on a hypercaloric diet and you will build muscle while burning fat.
At 6ft that puts your daily protein at about 210g - 220g. So take that much protein while ensuring your calories are less than your BMR+exercise.
Don't settle for looking shit 6 months of the year while bulking. Bros might applaud your gains but women want to see you cut.

Whenever I reply to someone in askTRP I always have their best interests at heart.
There are permabulkers who spend hours at my gym, they never cut, ever. My coach told me they no longer lift for aesthetics, they only lift to impress each other and that's just sad.
I've experienced having a lot of belly fat and I've experienced having a six pack and based on my personal experience, girls go crazy for abs. Now you have belly fat and you've seen how girls react to it, try cutting to have an aesthetic body to see how girls will react to it and compare the reactions of before/after. If girls were more exited to see your belly fat than they are seeing your six pack then, by all means, get back to permabulking and enjoy that pussy. Just don't judge something before trying it.
If this was autumn, I'd tell you to keep bulking hard, but summer is a couple of months away, and since you're not gonna have your goal body by then anyway, at least avoid spending summer with a gut larger than your chest, and you can get back to bulking in autumn. Bodybuilding takes time.

If you feel fat just do some mini cut for 4-6 weeks to drop some % of body fat. Don’t trap yourself into that „your lifts are week, need to bulk more“. TRP focus hard on looks, so get your looks improved a bit by mini look, because bulk with even more fat wont help you with girls much, especially when summer is coming

Nor do you. Dude is at 20-25% bf and you recommend him to bulk until he gets 1/2/3/4 plates which takes like a year or two from where he is now. I recommend light short cut to drop 2-3 kg on 4-6 weeks and then bulk slowly through the summer or maintain.

He can continue to bulk on a 100-200 calorie surplus, he’s ain’t gonna get fatter on that especially if he’s hitting the gym hard and training for strength, with those lifts I know the guy barely has any muscle. You will stall in your lifts if you train on a maintenance diet and if he goes on a deficit he’ll lose strength.
You’re just trying to focus him on getting “good looking” for the summer to get women, worst approach to fitness I’ve ever heard in my life, might as well tell him to jump on gear just for the summer to get laid.

You are fat and weak. If you continue bulking you will be obese and the strength increase will be minimal.

Cut to 12%. You will be really skinny and weak, but you can lean bulk to 15%. Rinse and repeat.
