I see all these dudes on Snapchat that are like 210 with 6 percent body fat are they on roids or just hard as work? What is more attractive big and strong men say 14 Percent body fat or lean around 8 percent but weight less? What are some of your guys experiences? Height and weight would be great if listed thanks

The body fat percent here is irrelevant, the idea was that the best body for any individual is the one that makes him to feel confident enough. It’s about the way you perceive yourself based on your physical appearance.

Sir you are mistaken. I ran trenbone+testosterone+masteron for a whole year. I was a shredded veiny bastard during the whole year. Probably lower than 6% as I was visible veins on my lower abs. Oh and... I felt fucking fantastic the whole time. Like I could step in traffic and the cars would break fantastic. I love roids.

5'10, 190lb, 4 pack. Stronger and more jacked than I've ever been. That seems to be the sweet spot. Too thin with abs, well, it's like commenting on a fat girl's tits. Of course you got tits, you fat.
Roided out 16pack bodybuilder is over the attractiveness scale into freakshow territory, because to consensus is these guys aren't quite right to spend so much time in the gym above all else.
Like everything, to the right of the center of the bellcurve of musculature (the graph is left skewed because of all the betas) is where the maximum attraction to the most women lies.

4 pack is pretty doughy. At least on me it was. I was the same height and got up to that weight before. I felt pretty big and people referred to me as big. But I was doughy. I had a 4 pack but I didn’t have god tier facial aesthetics.

You think you get like that by living in the gym? Dorian yates trained 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes. Also....no. Women don't think that. All I've heard is that my hard work is admirable and that I should be competing.

210 6% BF is roids, and those guys probably do fine but you don't have to emulate them.
You need to look like you work out and that you're in great shape. Not contest-ready body-builder.
Anything over 14% body fat is too fat. 10% is probably ideal. 8% is hard for most people to maintain.
Being very lean is rare, and should get you plenty of female attention. If you can be muscular and lean, that's even better. The moderately muscular skinny dude with abs will do better than the fat powerlifter with a gut every time. Look at soccer players, swimmers, divers, builds like that.
Unless you're a stick, or people think you look like an AIDS patient, you're probably better off losing weight and cutting first.
In this picture below the 8-12% guys are probably close to ideal.

So true. Whenever I’m with my friend who’s just 1 inch taller than me but he’s 240 pounds, quite muscular but no definition, the girls always choose me. I believe what it boils down to is facial aesthetics. I have very little fat on my face.

I'm going to counter the guys saying lean with abs > bigger. Obviously don't get conspicuously fat, but unless you spend a large amount of your time at the beach/pool, big shoulders and neck are going to be a much more obvious signal that you work out vs abs that are stuck under a tshit/sweater.

There is a good chance they are, steroids does not mean 250 pounds at 4% BF, also fat burners like T3 clen ephedrine help a lot... tren ace, anavar, winstrol V, and AI to remove estrogen and extra water.

I was on a facebook single group the other week and a guy posted is pic, he clearly was on roids cause i check is profile after and saw he was off cycle and a lot less cut up, with less muscle maturity, in other word he was an attention whore hahaha.

I've shown women my progress pics from a natty 154 lbs to 230 roidbeast. Always shredded and lean at any weight though. I was told their ideal was me at 180 lbs natty. To be honest it's a lot about angling with these photos. When you see a big lean motherfucker walk in the room all eyes will be on her and nobody will give a shit about the 180 lbs lean guy. I know that because I've been that guy and I'm currently the roidbeast guy. The girls tell me I'm way too freaky looking for them but they gravitate towards me. Tbh it's probably the attitude running high dosages of steroids gives you.

It depends how much you weigh right now. If you already have some mass/size, then it’s better to be leaner. If not, you should bulk up first.

So I’m 5’9 and about 170 and ~10%. I think I’m the perfect size for my height.
I feel like you could benefit from adding a couple pounds of lean mass. Hard to say without seeing pics, but I’d guess 180 and ~10% would be ideal for you.

I think that’s the right strategy. You want to have enough mass to look like you’re jacked with a t shirt on. But you also want to be lean enough to see all your abs.

First of all: workout for your own sake and not to get women. Working out regularly, disciplining yourself and eating right builds character and makes you more confident. Getting women will be a bi-product of this. I have competed in bodybuilding and been a "fat" powerlifter (15-20%). I differently get more attention when I'm at a lower bf% (8-10%) but on the other hand being strong as fuck makes you feel a certain way about yourself that women will also find attractive. I think it's mostly up to how you feel about yourself/carry yourself. But purely based on looks i would say being lean has the edge.

I'm not ripped, got a little bit of fat on my lower belly still, but shoulders, back and chest make up for it. Already had ripped legs from long distance skateboarding.
Can't really judge on experiences as I'm a tall, blond-haired dude in a country full of smaller, darkhaired men. I don't have to do much to get laid.

I will give you the real answers. It depends on your genetics if you get fat in your face easily, your height and your body-frame. If you have a small frame like me, you should really try to be big but never get over 15-16% body fat. If you have a big wide frame and good height, try to be lean. Many average height guys are way to light and they look like average Joe when they are wearing a shirt or jacket. Try to look big and wide. It will give masculine vibes to the girls. But still try to bulk to 15, max 16% body fat so your facial aesthetics don't get fucked up too much. The last option is steroids which will make you big and lean, but that's the last resort.

I'm 5'11, 175 lbs 8% bf. Lean and chiseled. V frame, thin waist and shoulders with abs. It is about proportion. Being low body fat doesnt mean weak...I can bench over 315, squat 405 and deadlift 505 lbs.
I dont want to get too jacked just athletic and built so can look good wearing clothes while still have a dominant wide frame look. People think I weigh a lot more because of my low body fat. Often surprised I get people guessing 185 to 200 lbs all the time.

Intermittent fasting, tracking my macros and I'm a competitive athlete (canoe and rowing racing) on the side. I've worked with a few strength coaches in the past and in my 20s I used to be really into powerlifting and trained with westside barbell and had the privilege of meeting some of the chinese Olympic lifting team. Through My family and my ex wife's contacts I actually met Lu Xiao Jun and trained with him as friends.
For strength and power and athletics to improve for sports. Lots of compound lifts focusing on core development, hip stability, spinal rotation and stability and scapular mobility and stability. Ie front squats, banded squats, hex bar deads, single leg exercises, weighted pull ups, lots of landmine work, dead bugs, etc. I train that 3 times a week. Neck work. Banded or single arm push ups, pistol squats.
My aesthetics I base it on focusing on key elements v taper and putting muscles in the right places. So incline bench presses, lots of shoulder work, weighted chin ups as well, weighted tricep dips. Incline biceps curls. Rear delt development. I do that once or twice a week in addition to my other workouts. Using reverse pyramid training, rest pause principles and drop sets.
Cardio I do 3 to 4 times a week. One steady state session like running, hiit type workouts with my team in the water(sprints and drills) or alone using oc (outrigger canoe) or rowing machines for sprints or distance.
I would like to train weights in the morning and cardio at night after work or depending on team practice. Or I dedicate a day just for cardio
Yoga as necessary esp when not in competition season.
Diet i have a ratio of 30- 35% protein (0.8 g per lb of bw. Or close to McMaster study of 1.6 g per kg), carbs 35 to 40% calories and fats 25 to 30%

That’s nice bro. I’m thinking the way you described it is pretty much one of the only ways to attain a beautiful natty physique. I do something pretty similar.
Ive really been dialing down on my aesthetics lately. I’ve stopped doing deadlifts bc, my form must be off or something, my back always hurts from them. But I do heavy rows and heavy lat pull downs. My back is pretty nice.
I did incline for a long as time but I’ve switched to decline bc my lower chest was lacking. For shoulders I do ohp and incline dumbbell press. I’d like to add a little bit of size to my shoulders as a whole. What do you do for shoulders? And also rear delts?
How old are you btw? I’m 28 and in the best shape of my life but I certainly haven’t piqued yet. Do you like hex bar dead’s? I used to do them but don’t fuck with them anymore.
I do cardio daily. Not as a chore but for fun. It helps me wind down after the day. I go walking for 2 miles with my wife and dog and I really love doing it.
I don’t track my macros as heavily bc I find myself eating too many carbs on rest days. So I just track overall calories.

I'm in my mid 30s. I love hex bar deads because barbell deads are very technique sensitive. Most people do not do them right. I use less weight when doing bb deads and really stretch out the hamstrings using it as a core and hip exercise where as hex bar I can engage core and drive more legs.
Rear delts I do a modified exercises, face pulls, something called an IYT and Check out athlean x's rear delts. And rear delt machine. And lots of rows.

Shoulders i end up hitting almost everyday. During my athletic training, land mine presses, alternate kettle bell press, banded landmine presses single and double arm. Scapular banded taps.
Actual deltoids
Lateral raises (modified again see athlean x, he has good ideas), I do a ronnie coleman inspired circuit but reverse pyramid instead of his pyramid. So in one set I go heaviest lat raise I can for 6 rep, drop weight 8 rep, drop 10, 12, 15, 20 (10 seconds between each set). Then that is one drop set. I do 2 of those.
Then on another day I would use either a lateral raise machine or weights and do a rest pause set. That is 10 to 12 reps activation set and 4 more sets of 5 to 6 with 10 secs between each set.
And rear delts.
My brother who lives in Toronto is good friends with Greg O Gallagher of kinobody so he got me into IF and his style of training before kinobody took off. Very effective trainer for aesthetics and Greg is pretty friggin strong.

Today is leg day for me. I’ve actually built good legs from leg press being the staple of my leg routine. I just really focus on form and I bring my knees all the way down to my chest. I have pretty big thighs and a big ass, for a man.
You hit shoulders every day? Or every day that you lift?
So when you mentioned that you deadlift over 500, is that on a straight bar or a hex bar?
