you should make sure you're good on vitamin D ( the most anabolic vitamin and will also increase test) , zinc is also good for your loads. Cialis is also a nice little supplement (can get it script-less online) for when you wanna do some marathons or have a very active week etc, it also increases the pumps at the gym.

There are some 'semi-legal' sites on the normal web. Some Indian/Canadian pharms, and some supplement stores that have sildenafilx tadalafil supplements or analogues. Search reddit supplement/nootropics subs.

Yeah that is known as the flatline phase. During this phase the brain is rewiring itself to normal and natural stimuli (real women).
A flatline phase can last a few days to some weeks. There are severe cases of months. It is very tempting to test if your dick still works by watching porn and masturbating, but that sets you back. So it takes some trust.
