Firstly, never slack off just because you’re in an LTR. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you this, but you come first. Make sure you’re prioritising getting your workouts in.
Secondly, no amount of telling a girl she needs to go to the gym is going to work. The only thing that is going to work is continuing to improve yourself to the point where you’re getting much more interest from other girls.
At that point, your LTR either steps up to the plate and does her best to compete for you, or she checks out of the relationship and you move on to another girl that does get your libido pumping.
Either way, you win, and you don’t have to say a word.

This could be a few things
a.) most chicks don't find lifting to be very enjoyable, just the way it is for them
b.) group fitness tends to be more popular with women, zumba, dance, etc. (my girl does pole, loves it)
The real issue here is that if she is putting the lbs on your SMV is too low. In an LTR dread is crucial to the success as you need to be 1-2 points higher than her in SMV. continue to hit the gym, do you, be awesome, and eventually she will learn she needs to step her game up to keep you around.

It’s an LTR, things don’t always work the way you think. I had a girl literally obsessed with me. You can deny it or call bullshit but we were together for a few years. I could not for the life of me get her to eat more and go to the gym. I get trp, trust me I do but sometimes woman don’t see the reality of a situation. My chick was a ride or die, just could not get her to goto the gym.
Think of some shit you hate and would never do for a woman no matter what. I think the gym is like that for some people. Don’t get me wrong she wasn’t fat but I like nice tone shaped thighs. I hate coming here on my no fap weeks

In the last 2 years you're been mostly skipping the gym, started again just 4 weeks ago and now you're irritated that your LTR doesn't join you when you tell her to.
If she wasn't a gym goer in the first place this was in the package when you LTR'd her. You can talk to her about how important fitness is for you. Try to schedule something in advance, give a few days heads up. Also diet is at least as important as working out - is that in check?
If she doesn't want to improve her looks there's not much you can do about it.

Take fitness out of the gym. Setup a hike somewhere, go kayaking, rock climbing, etc. Start cooking healthy dinners together, you have to be the guide and she’ll start to catch on, but you haven’t been the guide for the last 2 years...

I marked the wrong one, with that lackluster devotion to keeping herself fit, and ultimately her obesity was one of the contributing factors in my choice to divorce her. Here are my thoughts; have ONE talk with her about the importance of physical upkeep and attraction in your relationship. If she doesn’t want the same things as you, that’s perfectly fine, but let it be a deal killer. Don’t be that beta that comes back here in 8yrs saying “help, my wife keeps eating and doesn’t work out and she’s so fat I don’t want to have sex with her”.
Here’s what happens after you have THE TALK with her. She’ll cry and stomp her feet because she wants you to be so blinded by “what she offers” the relationship, that a little thing like her continued journey to being a whale wont shake you. She’ll give you a few courtesy dates at the gym, just enough to get you off her back. Then she’ll slip into months without mentioning or going to the gym. At that point I’d dump her because she’s never going to change.

Again refering to "The way of superior man" women grow through praise. Tell her that you love when a woman cares about her looks/ body, and it turns you on so much. Combine it with some dread like " today some random girl hit on me during my workout, she was cute"or smth like that.

Don't take her at night at your place,you are not married. Be consistent in the gym,get a super body and or she will do the work to maintain your ltr or you will find a better girl. Go lift,improve,you can only win with the right mindset.
