I'm 16 and have been training hard since 14. My body is starting to look weird and disproportional. Should I try and raise my bf or change the gym for another sport practice?

16? Fucking hell dude, that’s a decent physique. Have you been hitting arms and shoulders more than chest? Chest does look a bit underdeveloped compared to your arms but not to the point that you need to be paranoid about it. As for doing other things, if you don’t enjoy lifting then don’t do it or maybe try a different routine or body weight training/calisthenics. There are plenty of other ways to stay in shape. Find what you enjoy doing and do that.

I agree with this. Aside from the bench, make sure you also hit incline, decline and flies.
Traps will definitely make your neck look better. I think these two will make huge differences to give you an overall amazing look on top of how incredible you already look.

Maybe cutting out delts and arms isolation exercises from my workouts to improve the rest, right? The thing is some parts are much bigger than others that are undeveloped such as traps, chest and forearms.

Haha we have the same genetics. Change up your routine and add dumbell bench presses. Maybe do less arms and focus on hypertrophy training focusing on slow negatives one some of your chest movements just watch your training volume. Good fucking physique btw

God no. More like a never-ending lean bulk.
My genetics are good too, both my parents have athletic bodies at 50+ yo.(Dad's on trt tho)
I got 17 kg in two years and that is not such of an exceptional gain, but keeping my bf below 12% all the time made the result come reeeeeal slow. Also, i started at 108lb/1.74m so i was a horrendous twig.
