I go out weekly for the sole purpose of daygame, I saw the other guys comment and I disagree. It will give you anxiety at first but that’s the approach anxiety which is normal. You should do activities you enjoy and love as well as lift and build your life but you need to work on game because just because your enjoying a hobby doesn’t mean you will be able to talk to a girl. You need to learn to deal with the anxiety and build your social skills as well.
To daygame I recommend going to colleges, malls and other places with a lot of girls. Set a goal of doing say 10 approaches in 2 hours. If your not getting anywhere however don’t be afraid to leave, you wanna be pragmatic and not wasting your time in your head. This shit is hard and you’ll spend a lot of time in your head and it’ll take awhile to build success but I daygame alone and usually get around 5 numbers a session and 1 date for the next week.
Look up YouTube videos of guys doing daygame and definitely read the sidebar here if you haven’t. I used to just be a PUA but when I started introducing red pill concepts about 6 months ago my results improved obviously.
Well trp is pretty much the other half because pick up is really only good for approaching where when I added trp my overall life improved plus I started to see why girls do the things they do.
Approaching should not be the primary goal. You need to find activities and hobbies that you enjoy doing that also allow you the opportunity to talk to anyone, not just chicks.
Such activities may involve playing sand volleyball at a city park, walking your dog in a hiking trail, going tailgating to your local college/pro team, going to a busy bar to watch your favorite team play
These activities allow you to do things you like to enjoy which puts you at ease when you happen to have an opportunity to day game.
In my opinion, going out with the sole purpose of practicing day game wasn’t for me; it made me anxious and self-conscious. Day game as a side effect of an activity I enjoy doing is much more effective for me.
