I've regressed into a pussy and need a monk mode to get myself back where I need to be. Here is what I've come up with and I'm looking for more ideas.
1) quit drinking and smoking weed
2) delete all non-essential social media
3) get back to a proper lifting, eating, and sleeping schedule
4) become more school focused
I'm 21yo and in college.

This, you can still have fun but once you emerge from monk mode you'll feel like goku finishing his training. My smv was higher than I imagined once I started approaching again and it was great reinforcement that I was on the right path.

Hide your phone (set some timeframes where you are allowed to check it, but beside that, you don't have to use it)

Weed won't hurt you, your inner anxieties will.

Yeah weed just brings all of my anxiety and insecurities to the surface

really?? that’s very strange bc i’m the complete opposite. i only get high enough to where my social anxiety goes away and i don’t get blasted.
i examine myself when i’m high as well. trying to scrape away at my social anxiety and worries so when i’m sober i can carry that same true IDGAF attitude around.

Then use it as a tool for examining those anxieties and insecurities, don't shy away from them out of fear.

I’ve used weed for exactly this purpose, it surfaces weaknesses you suppress sober.

Totally. It allows for deeper introspection if you are willing to face yourself honestly. Has been a tremendous tool in my trp journey
