Lean bulking: 2800-3200 calories
Cutting: 2200-2400 calories
I also go by the 80/20 rule. I will be eating healthy for 80% of my calories (egg whites, chicken, salad, protein shakes, yogurt, oatmeal) and then the other 20% will just be complete shit like poptarts or lucky charms.
It helps you keep your sanity that way.

6am - greek yogurt, peanut butter, 1 scoop protein, 1 packet oatmeal, 1 banana (all blended together)
7-8 workout
8am - 2 scoop protein w/ honey
11am - 4 scoops of mass gainer (1 serving)
1pm - 6oz chicken thigh meat, spinach, brown rice, 1/2 avocado
4pm - 3 string cheese
6pm - 6oz steak, spinach

50% protein 30% carbs 20% fats
Meals are prepped for the week, makes life so much easier. Change it up every week Weekends I treat myself with bbq chicken as a treat, usually 4-6 pieces per serving and end it off with a doughnut. If you lift for 4-6 days a week and follow a strict diet for 5 days, the doughnut and chicken with skin on won’t do any harm. Except if you are cutting for a certain occasion

The problem isn't 50% protein, its that 20% fat! You need "fat" to lose fat, literally yes!

CICO. Im cutting now, so i always have 2 eggs and bacon for breakfast. 3 service of whey powder throughout the day. Lunch and dinner is usually chicken, steak or salmon with a veggie. I fit carbs as needed to fill my macros. So far it's been very sustainable and I'm seeing weight loss. I can't wait to get back to maintenance/bulking though.

Depends on if I am cutting or bulking
Bulking right now but I have diabetes so I have to be careful with my carb choices during the week as if I don't do it right I'll get insomnia.
Lots of beans, sweet potatoes, oats, whole grain bread, whole grain pasta
Lean ground beef, chicken, fish, shrimp

Off rip I'm vegan. 20P/50C/30F I found this macro spit to work a lot for me.
Breakfast is either Oatmeal with blueberries, dates, walnuts, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, agave and almond milk or A smoothie with pineapples, watermelon, berries, walnuts, spinach, kale, beets, pea protein, flaxseed and almond milk. Either way, I make sure to eat a lot of calories in the morning, so I'm not too hungry in the afternoon when I'm not home to eat healthy (and save my money)
Lunch I'll usually make a sandwich with some fruit on the side it's easy to pack with me. I make Mediterranean sandwiches that include hummus, cucumber, tomatoes, spinach, and bell peppers. I'll eat this with an orange, apples, or bananas. If not this I'll simply pack rice and beans.
Dinner for me depends on my mood since I'm home to cook during this time. Lately, I been eating a lot of sweet potatoes. I have this big thing of chili I made as well, so what I like to do is bake to sweet potatoes stuff them with chili and drizzle tahini on it. I'll eat this with a side of broccoli and green beans.

I'm in the military and I eat at a cafeteria. So what they serve is what ya get. It's pretty good for the most part but some days they just server plain old horsecock or some random tofu-curry looking thing.
Breakfast: 3 Eggs, with a Cup of Egg Whites. Bacon or Sausage, two slices of tomato. Three toasts or a bagel, a cup of coffee and a cup of water. Occasionally, I'll have some hash-brown if they're not leftover potato's from last nights dinner.
Lunch/Dinner: Protein, and whatever healthiest veg or carb. there is (potato, rice, green beans, mixed veg, etc.). If whatever they are serving sucks, I'll grab a sandwich and a salad. For desert, milk and cookies. I'm still a child at heart.

Fast till 12pm. Drink white tea till 12. 12 eat a quest bar and 2 rice cakes. 2:30 lunch meal - Either rice chicken, or Turkey Sandwich triple Decker or Chicken salad. Depends what i feel. All house made food. 3:20. mini snack fiber 1 brownie.
